Can’t praise Matt and his employees…
Can’t praise Matt and his employees enough. They have been servicing our pond for 5 years and have always been knowledgeable and professional in everything they do and sell. Recently my pond was losing water and after many weeks of trying to find the problem, I spoke to Matt over the phone and with some videos and photos, Matt was able to direct me to where the problem was, and I was able to fix it myself. Matt was very patient and definitely knows his ponds! A very happy and relieved customer.

Hi Sheryl,
Thanks for your order, I am glad you got it in good time.
I checked our emails and couldn't see anything from you, both in the inbox or the spam folder, so I do not know what happened there.
I just tried to call you to make sure everything was okay with your order.
Please make sure you sent your email to sales@thefishworks.com.au and we will do our best to reply to you promptly, or call us on 02 9986 2000.
Yours Sincerely
Matt
