The Face Mask Store Omdömen 

Sold me a used mask. 3m half mask arrived with bits of white fluff and dust from something inside. Looked used.

Seemingly they have no stock of any reusable or washable face masks, which you discover by repeatedly clicking on the images of different models and sets only to be asked when the item page loads after a delay, whether you want to be informed via email when it comes back into stock. After finding this out the hard way with 8 or so different models I was losing the will to live and gave up. How hard can it be to say under the photos of the items "in stock" or "out of stock" or "low stock" like a proper online retailer, to save fruitless journeys around the site? Just a complete waste of my time and effort.

i regularly buy from here both to purchase my usual masks and to try new ones as they are often sold as singles. also able to buy sipmasks which saves the hassles of buying from abroad

First order - excellent. Masks in date, matching ones we used to buy from Amazon for a higher price. Free shipping takes a few days, but all good
Second order - masks in date, but Covid tests had expired. It was listed lower down in the web page listing, but I did not get that far, as all the information I would look for was higher up on the page and then there was the “add to cart” option.

Called them (yes, a phone number at the top of the menu, quick to get through too)
We’ve agreed that they will take the cost of the expired tests off my next order, which seems fair (they also offered me the option to post them back, but wouldn’t be worth the shipping cost I’d have to pay).

Not sure about selling expired tests even if you note it somewhere (but as I have a reasonable resolution, I won’t deduct stars for that), but Sam took my feedback in good faith and agreed to add the word expired to the listing’s title, rather than just a date, which I thought was the date of manufacture.

I received a box of face masks with an expiration date of one year ago (Sept 2023). Face masks deteriorate and these are unsafe to use for health purposes.
