As soon as I realized I could not get this app to work on my phone, I went into the platform and cancelled the service - just an hour or so after signing up. Instead of cancelling, however, I was later surprised to see that they just charged me a second time instead! This time, for a price that was 1 cent different than the first time.
Because the second charge was 1 cent different than the first charge, my bank did not immediately recognize that I had been double charged. Usually, they would have deleted an extra charge without my having to call them, but this time I had to call them and point it out.
I was REALLY surprised that, when I wrote THE FABULOUS creators (several times) and TOLD them they had charged me twice, they behaved in a very unpleasant manner with regard to the extra charge, and they refused to refund me. THEY ALSO REFUSED TO CANCEL IT, threatening me that they planned to charge me again, even though I had already done what was required to cancel it online AND had asked them to cancel it when the online cancellation procedure did not work! They refused to do anything to fix it.
It was obvious to me that this app is glitchy so that it would backfire on the unsuspecting buyers, making it impossible for some folks to cancel it. I was shocked that, even though it was clearly malfunctioning, they refused to do anything about it. I have never seen an app manufacturer refuse to fix a malfunctioning app or refuse to cancel an app when their advertisement clearly says that they DO accept cancelations!
THESE SCAMMERS FORCED ME TO HAVE TO CHANGE MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER and I had to open a case with my bank.
I believe they are not located in the United States, as their usage of the English language is very stilted, and this may be part of the issue. American banks have different laws than banks in other countries, and I wondered if the app creators thought they could get away with this because of the laws in their country being different than here.
I was suspicious that maybe this platform was deliberately constructed so that people would be TRAPPED by it. It is not legal to refuse to let people cancel a "service" like this. I went onto the platform and requested cancellation AND I told them in an email that I wanted to cancel it but they refused! They say I have to go into the app and cancel it online, but when I DID cancel it online, they just charged me another FEE!
What I AM sure of is that they have very rude "customer service."

Otherwise I really like how this app interacts with the user. The voices used are melodious and oft times soothing. It really is a great app!

Paid that and had to expectations of receiving a plan - i.e. a plan of action. Instead I received emails asking me to confirm my SUBSCRIPTION. So a plan = a subscription.
I did not confirm my subscription. Yet, fearful I would be charged £35 after 2 weeks, logged on. My account showed I was subscribed and would be charged £35. Luckily I could cancel.
This app is aimed at people who are bad at getting things done. Perfect target market for harvesting inadvertant subscriptions.

AVOID THIS SITE AT ANY COSTS!
They will charge you without any notice and even when you cancel your subscription, they will still charge you.
I literally received email about my subscription cancelled and notification of new charge at exact same moment, apparently it’s not enough to just cancel in app( 2 months in advance) , you also have to go to your bank/paypal and make sure that you deactivate their access.
How interesting is that? Just cancelling in app doesn’t mean you actually cancelled, they will still charge you.
I’ve sent email to them saying I will dispute it with my bank if they don’t refund immediately, and they did, and now asking me to review my experience with their customer service team. Guys sort out your misleading payment system, I feel nothing but disgust about this app because of how they charged me at the first place.
And amount of other people reviewing this app same way and having same payment issues shows that company is happy with how they charged people, probably thriving on those undisputed charges.
Avoid this app at any cost!

I also don’t like how many ads and pop-ups for other apps. It feels like it’s just meant to confuse you and filter you towards as many apps as possible instead of this app being for actually helping you.

I only authorized what appeared to be a one-time $1 verification/authorization charge, but after that I was hit with multiple additional charges that I did not clearly agree to. I no longer have access to the associated account, so I received no usable service for these payments. When I requested a refund, it was denied with no meaningful help or resolution. The company is extremely difficult to contact, which makes the situation even more concerning. This billing setup feels deceptive and predatory, relying on unclear consent and making it hard for customers to stop charges or get support. I am reporting these transactions and strongly warn others to read everything carefully before entering payment information. Report them as a scam!!! They only have bots on the help page and it’s absolutely no help.

My 18 year old daughter signed up for this hoping it would help her manage her time. She paid about 9 pounds for a survey and its results. And after that they took nearly 100 GBP in 5 separate, unauthorized payments. Highly unethical.

I love the app and the concept of the journeys. But there are so many pop up ads. Multiple times a day i get asked to rate the app. Even more often i get recommended to download your other apps. Its a bit frustrating

I attempted on multiple occasions to process and activate my subscription. No matter what I tried, the app would not activate and I was repeatedly asked to subscribe, each time for a different, sometimes far more expsnive amount.
Having paid for a sub, I contacted support to report that I was stuck in an activation loop whereby the app would ask me to verify my email, I would check my email, use the verification link, return to the app, be asked to verify my email, would check my email etc etc ad infinitum. The AI support bot was useless and asked me to describe the issue that I had already described in detail in the support request.
I tried again this morning to activate the subscription I paid for 5 days ago and was again asked to subscribe etc. I have once again contacted support and been met with silence
For an app that markets itself to people with attention deficits, it has certainly done a good job of testing the limits of mine. Stay away. Save your money and write a list.
EDIT - You can see just how much they don't care about any of your concerns becasue EVERY single response from the Fabulous begins with the line "We understand your frustration and appreciate your feedback." before they then direct you to their FAQ to address the problem.
There are plenty of apps that do what this one says it will and they do it better. Look at Habitica or Finch.

I observed tht my focus was more, I was not forcing or sticking blindly to screen but actually finishing the job. My other observation was tht my constant jumping in between task was less, not going to other website to read completely different stuff , so a subtle determination to stay at the work I am committed to was a new me, hope it stays with me with time.

I must have been tempted by the hard sell as started an account for a free trial.
I had second thoughts and decided to cancel but had received an email saying my account has not been activated so thought I needn’t bother.
I’ve never used this app not even opened it but 5 months later am double billed for £34.99 & £29.99 !! Having explained this to ‘customer services’ they say I’m not entitled to a refund …. So I guess I’ll need to try and get a chargeback from my credit card.
BEYOND SHADY! There was certainly no ‘ clear information’ about subscriptions & considering my account wasn’t even activated I feel it rather unlawful.
Shame on you “ fabulous” …. I’m clearly not the only person being shifted

I signed up for this before thinking through it, and realised I wasn’t quite ready to commit. The agent was super helpful and arranged a prompt refund. This gives me confidence to sign up when I’m ready to do so. Looks amazing.
