Honestly, I was hesitant to even search for these kinds of products, but The Enhanced Male made it feel totally normal. Easy, judgment-free shopping experience.

Prices are fair, delivery is fast, and the support team (shoutout to Luke!) is super responsive

I've got nothing but good things to say about The Enhanced Male and their service - this is my third time of ordering and I'll be back for more. I'm not sure if people just don't understand how buying these kinds of items works - but the T&Cs were exactly the same as if you'd bought from any other similar retailer when I looked at them.

I've had two totally trouble-free orders and one issue with a product that was dealt with perfectly within 24 hours. Great prices (I shop around!), great service, and easy-to-use ordering system. Also - packed discreetly, which is important.

They sent me a faulty pump that wouldn't charge or hold a charge. Tried to address with them in several emails, including sending a video as they asked, but no answer. Terrible customer service and no real recourse. Got totally ripped off. Beware.

I purchased a product and have asked for a refund which they are totally refusing. I haven’t even opened the package let alone the product I’m absolutely appalled with the customer service

I ordered a item as i got a email a few days later wanting me to buy another and place another new order to receive a discount. Who buys a item when only need one of them to begin with and turns around to do it again to get a discount for a second that you dont need. Then find out during the return process they claim to just only give you store credit or replace what your returning. Not going to refund what you paid the same way you paid them

The prices are roughly 33% higher than similar sites. Product descriptions seem to be rather general (it's hard to tell if you're getting a name brand product or a knockoff). They claim that there's risk free, cost free returns, but this is only true for store credits. Also many products are not actually returnable.

I purchased the 67 clear glass Anal Beads and it broke the first time I used it. I reported it to them but they called me a lair and said that I must have dropped it. There customer service said sorry we can't do anything about it. I would think that there reputation would be worth more than a $40 purchase but I guess I'm wrong. Purchase your items somewhere else for better service because they don't care about there products and how dangerous they could be.

They went above and beyond on making sure my order went through even with supply chains being low due to the pandemic. I also appreciate that your company texted me when the product I ordered was out of stock and offered a solution by offering another product instead of refunding right away. That in my book is very impressive. I wish other online stores would follow your example of great customer service. Looking forward to ordering again in the near future keep up the great work an pat yourself on the back for a job well done.

I've received my purchase within 48 hours after placing the order. The Enhanced Male support staff was quick to respond and very knowledgeable!

All in all, I'm very happy with both the experience and products I've received!

I had bought some questionable-quality, cheap toys from Enhanced Male and, what should not have come as a surprise, one broke almost instantly. I contacted Enhanced Male and within five minutes got a response and was told that they were sending out another of the item from a superior brand and would email me the tracking information later. He was extremely professional and made what I expected to be a struggle in to one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I highly reccomend them.

Well I read there is a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Well this is not true. While I understand their stance on health and safety. You can only get a refund if the product is unopened and unused. Well I ask myself if that the case, how would you know if its what you want and if you like It?? I was in email correspondence it them and never heard back.
