I have to say the whole service from the English manner was first class . I could not fault them in anything . there response time , customer service and the service they offer are leagues above the rest .
also I cant recommend Steven more highly , his knowledge and the way he explained things were excellent . I found his advise and coaching so helpful and he was such a positive force he will leave you feeling in a good mood guarenteed . I would give 100 out of 100 for this company and Steven if I could .
It was my first experience with “The English Manner”. It was a “Dining Etiquette” online webinar. The way it was delivered by William Hanson was brilliant.
First, what I paid attention to was that we could prepare and share particular questions before and during the webinar, in an international group, which was great.
Another relevant thing to mention was the loyalty at the time when a technical error occurred from my side, I still felt very comfortable while attending it until the issue was resolved.
In addition, I found the course very productive and perfectly structured alongside being fun. Clearly delivered by an expert in the field. Thank you William!
So I would really recommend it. I truly believe it is not the last one to take.
The English Manner have excellent and varied webinars. I’ve attended several and every one has been informative, engaging and fascinating. You learn so much and can ask questions throughout the session. The booking process is very easy and you receive several reminders prior to the webinar so you can’t forget and miss out. If you do need any assistance, emails are responded to promptly and are friendly and efficient. The English Manner really is the whole package and I cannot recommend them too highly.
William is a cornucopia of knowledge and its a pleasure to attend his webinars. He weaves history and historical practises into the content which makes it so interesting and then throws light on how to navigate things in the modern day . Thank you William.

The seminar afternoon tea gave us the manner of The Englishness and how we can deal with all aspect of afternoon tea. It was really numerous of information which is useful for our daylife.
Time just flies by! So interesting. William is very knowledgeable and I always learn so much! Looking forward to the next webinar in October. Wish I had time for the longer online courses! Hopefully in the future 🤞🏻

I listened to a free webinar about the Afternoon tea -traditions, history and manners. As I used to work in SLH and we had had afternoon teas in the hotel it was very interesting to listen to this webinar; I still got to know a lot of new facts. At the end of this month I am going to Devon so I will try cream tea there ( now I know which way to apply clotted cream in Devon). Would recommend this webinar to everyone who is interested in etiquette and it's history, also who likes Afternoon Tea.
