This website is a scam. Called the actual store and they said they didn’t have a website. Checked the Google ad. And it says it was paid for by a guy in Pakistan. Don’t buy anything online from this place. They charged me using Afterpay. So my bank didn’t get a flag.

PROMPT DELIVERY WITH A LOT OF IMPORTANT INFORMATION.

I struggled to even giving one star. I believe I have been scammed. Ordered and received an electric shaver and trimmer kit, Precision Pro. Performance was unsatisfactory and reached out to ask to return product as satisfaction guaranteed. A “Jessica” responded and asked couple questions, I answered still asking to return. No response for weeks now.

I have still not received my goods and it is outside the defined delivery period

Fast service dealt with effectively and good value for money. With honesy trustworthy advice.

Received a defective razor. "Jessica" did not provide a solution to the problem. After several emails and their request for videos, etc. we would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Don’t know if is a scam as I still haven’t received my parcel been 10 days now ?

After a period of time, not 3/5 days delivery it arrived, too late for the gift to a elative it was intended for.

I decided to keep the product went on Holiday and on my return last week I tried it out, oh how silly was I to purchase a substandard device that is without sounding over critical, "USELESS"
I have never experienced a worse shave ever and this product is substandard and doesnt match up the way you present it.
The product in question is the Electric Razor Precision Pro UK
I now want to return this not fit for use product and LO and BEHOLD, the Customer Service team dont exist. do not purchase from this company as they dont actually deliver a quality product.

Paid over £50 for a toothbrush that says delivered, but hasn't been.No reply to any emails!
Refund me please!

I was delighted that such an unusual but sensitively manufactured shaver was available, especially the magnetic head, and pleased it was delivered promptly and securely packaged by Theelectronicshub.

Never ever trade with this ‘company’. I wish I had seen the reviews before ordering from them. Sub standard product and still waiting for refund (in my dreams).

The tootbrush will not charge up properly. The charging light should turn green according to the manual. After 3 days and 2 nights on charge the indicator light is still white.

Got bought duplicate PRECISION PRO electric razors for by birthday as requested from family after reading reviews, when trying to return one as don't need 2 of tje same item, sent 2 emails got got no response at all very poor customer service if knew this would not or requested the item from my family steer clear of this company returns policy isn't existen and poor indeed still awaiting response.

We had a problem with our razor which was purchased as a gift . Unfortunately it stopped working. Jessica answered our email when we contacted the company letting her know our issues. She answered us promptly and asked questions and responded to us quickly.

I had a great experience with Trimsafe. The customer service was excellent—they even gave me a small refund because delivery via Evri took a bit longer than expected. The trimmer itself is fantastic and, in my opinion, outperforms the Manscaped Lawn Mower 3. The only downside is that the built-in light is a little dim, but overall, I’m very happy with the product. Highly recommended!

When I placed an order with I watched in horror as my bank details were sent a lot of people and closed down browser immediately. My bank sent message saying this was a fraud and they stopped payment and am now closely monitoring my account hourly. This is clearly a scam and or fraud do not use them!!!!

The razor didn't work like I thought it would. They refunded my money. Great job!!

took a long time to get here but is as advertised. Instructions are next to worthless as they do not explain how to use the optional pieces.

Great Customer Service! Jessica was so helpful with the resolution of my issue! Quick response time despite it being over the holidays. The problem was not with the company or product rather it was the delivery service.
