Very prompt appointment (next day), which was on schedule. Thorough examination. Wax removal did not improve the hearing, but I had fluid in the inner ear. The treatment of this, with Otovent, has been very successful Thank you.

I’ve used Simon previously and have recommended him to a few colleagues as he is very thorough and explains what he is doing. His surgery is spotlessly clean and he is very organised. Simon is such a personable, professional practitioner. I couldn't believe that he solved a problem with my ear within two weeks of treatment! I had seen an ENT specialist (after waiting 17 months for an appointment!) He is so knowledgeable and was determined to find out what my problem was...and he did! The ENT specialist had tried to fob me off by telling me to use olive oil every day for any, and all, of my symptoms...which of course didn't work! I will definitely have a check up for my hearing with Simon annually because hearing is so precious, it needs to be protected and I trust him implicitly!

The whole experience was excellent. The waiting room was pleasantly decorated with relaxing music and the consultation room was big and spotlessly clean.
The consultation was informative and everything was explained before, during and after my eats were cleaned out.
I would attend again if I had any issues with my ears.
