Great product - relaxing and suitable for time when you need to take time out and chill.

The Doob originally sent quality products quickly. Recently however this has not been the case. I ordered 2x7g bags of cali but only received 1. I emailed at least 5 times, but was totally ignored. My advice, don’t bother with this company now. They don’t seem interested in customers at all. Shame really as they seemed to be breaking the mould.

**Update** I have now received my order, still not hugely impressed by the length of time it took, but I eventually got an email from The Doob and they resent the order. As I have said below, this instance is the only time I’ve had a bad experience ordering from these guys, so I’m adjusting my star rating from 1 to 3. I think on balance I would recommend them, although be aware that if you need to contact them for customer support your experience may vary.

Have had good experiences with ordering from the Doob, but my most recent experience has completely put me off ever ordering again.
My order was delivered by Royal Mail, but I was out so they left the card, I tried to rearrange the delivery to a local post office, and then the next thing I saw was that the package had been returned to sender. I have reached out twice to the Doob about this, but have had zero response in over 3 weeks. As it stands then, the Doob has taken £40 of my money and I have nothing to show for it, and absolutely no customer support. This stinks. I held off writing the review in case they were just taking their time, but nothing at. Disgraceful behaviour as far as I’m concerned. Buyer beware with these guys…

I won't be ordering again My recent order was awful, really bad quality tried getting in contact and no answer big shame.

First time I got a order it was ok then ordered same item and it was a waste of money

Have used in the past and they were fine but on this occasion they have sent awful vape cartridges with no effect, won't be using again.

The hash used to be really sticky and a nice olive colour on the inside. Now its trash, not the least sticky and a redish brown on the inside. You might also find bits of cellophane inside the hash. The ladt order was next day delivery. It came two days later and it wasn't three point five of bud, it was a bag of trim. They are an unprofessional and unreliable company. You might get your product eventually or you might not. Don't expect any reply from Adam their so-called HR department.

The only products i have purchased are the vapes , out of the 5 i have brought, only one was good , the rest were leaky and not very nice tasting, its a shame great reviews but i won't be buying again as the last few purchases have been very bad .

I grew up in south Wales on soap bar and even I can't stomache their latest batch of "hash". They won't reply to complaints because they're selling you a novelty product that's not for human consumption. I don't trust these greedy little goblins. I know there was something nasty in that hash. It was prepared without gloves for a start and had sugar granuals on it, I guess from the gummies they prepair in the same, unclean area.

Their hash comes in another companies packaging with their label stuck over the top.

This is dirty, ultra processed and hard to trace. You really are better off in the black market trying to buy medicine. These people have less of a conscience than the guy I know who's trying to buy his kids school uniform and have a bit for himself to smoke by shifting it on the street.

Dont send these criminals your money.

Made payment via bank transfer as usual but received no confirmation. Emailed on several occasions with no reply. No product send no refund offered. Very poor experience. Its a petty as products have been good in the past.

Got the Skywalker flower, it is top notch, can't fault it, nice :D

First of all I messed up payment on my order, realised later and paid, sent communications on the matter, didn't get response, then 2 days later my order dropped. My first experience with HHC, knowing what I know now probs won't buy again. That's my choice. Product; there was one dry bud in the pak which I enjoyed the others were absolutely soaked, so much it fecked my grinder up. So I enjoyed the product when smoked left me nice and relaxed. Will try again at some point, just exploring this whole new world of CBD products.
