Terrible. I ordered the card and paid. I waited and waited. Finally I emailed them and heard nothing twice so I contacted my bank and reported it. I then got an email from ‘the owner’ who issued me a refund. They sent me a card anyway to try and make things right. I used it once and then the card wouldn’t work at all. Then had an email saying the provider had suspended all cards and a new card would be sent. Nothing heard since. Now the apps stopped working and the website is down so guessing it’s gone.

I ordered my card last year and was able to use it a few times but I had a message on the app stating the system will change and it would be up and running again shortly but now I can’t access my account and I’m getting no reply via email or WhatsApp to help resolve this matter with my card not working and app not allowing me access

£30 down the drain, first it was long wait due to high demand 21/11/2025, then when I asked for the refund 28/01/2026, guess what, no refund.

No sign of the card I signed up for. No response to emails. This is clearly a scam company

Bought into the £29.99 memberships and card fee December 2025 guess what a scam. And I left it too long to get a refund via bank. Had 1 reply on email and nothing since, sent emails and nothing. It's a scam dont do it stay away

totally waste of time keep promising to issue card that was lat year and still not recevied a refund or card they have even blocked me getting in contact dont waste your time or money just a big con

Don’t bother using this scummy company is disgraceful they should be reported to the police and I ordered my card back in December and we’re known in August and haven’t heard anything. This company’s junk explained.
Only email and get no response there’s no way of getting in contact with them because they never replied to their emails

Scammers are named William (Bill) Smith and Zoltan Varadi. Easily found on LinkedIn if you want to get your money back. Total scam. Applied for my card in December. They said it’d take some time to process and deliver my card, it’s now July and after sending multiple emails I’ve heard nothing back. Avoid at all costs.

I know this is like a drop in the sand in the desert reading the reviews but ordered on December emailed them multiple times plus all the other platforms but never any answer now the app has gone down and now magically they can’t find my account so unfortunately it is a scam

I placed my order on 6 December 2025 (Member ID: VETGIN) and was promised I would receive my Diesel Club card. It's now been months and I've still received nothing.

I've chased this countless times and have had no response. I've tried contacting them by email , WhatsApp and Reddit, but I've been completely ignored on every platform.

To make matters worse, the app no longer works. At this point, the whole experience feels like a scam. I've paid for something that has never been delivered and have been unable to get any response or support.

I'd now like a full refund. Very disappointing customer service and a complete lack of communication. I would avoid ordering unless you're prepared to wait indefinitely with no updates.

I have been waiting since January for my card I spent £25 on membership and so far have received nothing. I have emailed the support email many times and again received nothing. Feels like I have been scammed so be wary of this product.

If I could rate it less stars, I would! This is likely to be a scam. I joined and paid the £29.99 membership fees on 05 December 2025. I waited patiently for the card to arrive, and after the promised 4 weeks, I still had nothing. There was a notice on the app that it will take longer due to the Christmas and New Year period, which I understand. So in March I sent messages on the app as well as on email to ask about my card, and to say that I cannot verify my ID on the app, as it just 'spins' and does not do anything. So I have no idea to even progress the verification stage. I got no response, not a single response on either email or whatsapp or the app. I am now requesting my refund of the membership fee as I have not and cannot use the service, and I am not getting any assistance from their customer service. Avoid this company at all cost!

Signed up & paid for this in November '25 apart from order confirmation not heard a peep from them. sent 3 emails not a single reply. Obvious bunch of scammers, avoid.

They took my money in September, it's now the end of may, you can't contact them as the email and number given never gets read or replied to, they seem to update the app every now and then saying you'll be refunded but nothing ever happens. This is a scam and they are stringing you along acting like they can't keep up with demand, even the fuel price displayed on the app is more than the current pump prices. Avoid!!

A very promising concept, but the execution has been non-existent. I placed an order in December, and by May, I had received neither the card nor a response to my queries. The only communication was a vague email mentioning an internal update followed by a takeover. I eventually had to secure a refund via a bank chargeback.
More alarmingly, I strongly suspect a data breach or fraudulent activity. I used a specific virtual card exclusively for this app and uploaded my driving licence for verification. A few days ago, that exact card was hit with multiple fraudulent transactions. While I cannot definitively prove the source, the link is highly suspicious. Exercise extreme caution

Do not join or pay any money to them. You will not receive any card or a refund. They do not respond to any of the emails. An automated email was received initially stating a refund will be issued within 7 days, which was not received. It has been 5 months now I haven’t received my refund nor any response from them. Sending email, massage regularly but still no reply from them. Avoid at all cost.

When it works it’s great. It’s understandable that a smaller start struggled when there were thousands of new members. Responses and updates however could be faster. But it is a real thing, there are real savings :) it’s just a bit slow moving

This is day light robbery!!!

I payed for my card on 16th of December 2025, they said it would be ordered on the 3rd of January due to Christmas break/ new year. Taking a bit of time to be processed. Still haven't got the card to this day or refund; they stated you would receive the diesel card within 10 days of it being ordered. After a complete lack of communication to everyone; not getting my card within the time stated. I emailed and WhatsApp on the 28th of January. The response was WhatsApp in-which they said WhatsApp was the best way of contacting them highlighted in Bold, as "paid up member". Now within this response they stated sorry for the delay due to high demands which I understand, however they said the card was returned back to them due to wrong shipping information on the printing address.

After hearing this I thought a mistake was made and the message said, the card would be issued to be shipped later that day on the 26th of January with the correct information. They then stated that a full refund would be sent to my bank card, which will take 1-2 days + £10 free diesel. I thought brilliant, good customer service and felt I was looked after (so I thought!!!!). At the end of this message it said - "This should be with you in the next 5-7 days or sooner"

Now this is where its just completely unacceptable, I have tried to stay positive throughout the whole situation and give them benefit of the doubt. Once again I haven't received the card or money. I contacted them again on the 13th of February, saying politely requesting an update on the whereabouts of my card. I gave them the benefit of the doubt contacting them 2 weeks after giving them more than enough time to send it, I heard nothing back!!! I further then contacted them another time on the 4th of March, after they have missed the second deadline given months later and still no refund or diesel card received or response. I said within my WhatsApp message this is completely unacceptable and want my refund!!!

This brings me to present day writing this not very well written review, I have completely given up on this card/company. This is the definition of a scam!!!, I heard only good things about the diesels card from friends who have used them for ages, (before buying the card). Even long term customers haven't received their new updated card and still no update on whats happening. Due to what happening now in the world at the time of writing this, there is no hope for this refund. I would not recommend this to anyone and would stay away !!!!

All I want is my refund and don’t care about the card anymore !!!!!
