DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They designed a website for my company that looks like a 5 year old did it. It takes about 30 seconds to load and they refuse to give me my money back. They had some internal employee issues who basically sabotage my website on their out. The new management does nothing to fix my site and has next me no other alternative but to have my site re-done by another company.

Total scam. They did some work initially, but it was third-rate, barely in English. They lie about their whereabouts, use fake names, are not based in the US. And that would be excusable, but they disappeared on me for roughly a year, refused to correct errors like spelling of the city in which the website was made for, and only resurfaced when they wanted another payment. Horrible service, avoid like the plague. The time wasted was expensive.

got ripped off $3,000. I paid them the money to build a website for my business, at first everything went very well. after a while I started asking the person I was working with kenneth brown to change some things on the website which he said they would do and never got done...after a few months I realized they forgot to transfer the domain I purchased from wix for My previous website and now both are gone. if you need anything do NOT use these people they are shady salesmen.

Last week, after speaking with a representative, I engaged Design Verse to create a logo. After seeing the initial designs, I chose one. That is where the fun began! They had quoted me a price of $131 (incl tax) to create the logo, which they did. Then, when I wanted them to follow through and send the logo, they told me I had to go through their legal department to file some paperwork to protect my new logo. Their legal dept said I would have to pay $399 for a one state trademark registration or $499 for a Federal Registration OR I would not receive the logo I had already paid to have designed!!! There were no other options. It was a $131 lesson I will always remember.

I spoke to Sergio, even though I could tell he wasn't Italian and had a Pakistan accent. These people aren't who they say they are. I haven't heard from Sergio since Friday evening. He seems to be more interested in sharing he's a rapper, clothier and some other happy horse crap that I'm not interested in. Red Flags, Run Will Robertson. Warning!!!!

Stay away from this company and ignore my review from months back. ALL THESE PEOPLE CARE ABOUT IS TRYING TO FIND NEW WAYS TO GET YOUR MONEY. Not to mention, one of their team members texted to let me know he'd left the company and asked for referrals for his new company. Then when I needed a tagline change, he was suddenly back as a PM for The Design Verse. Pretending like he didn't know anything about the texts. And then AFTER I paid to have the files for the tagline change, I realized the tagline and logo were MUCH too close together. It looked cluttered. So I asked if he could please add the space. He told me it would be another $118.00 to add the space. I didn't know whether to laugh or drop my jaw. Seriously????! Mind you,
This is after I'd already spent THOUSANDS with this company. Every. Single. Interaction I've ever had with them has been fraught with upselling tactics. It's beyond annoying. They are like the used car salesmen of the logo design world. Wait- and the best part? Someone saw the website they designed for me and told me they'd thought I'd designed it MYSELF. Do you have any idea how embarrassing that is? There are FAR too many options to put up with this nonsense. Go elsewhere.

Scam. They tell you its a one time payment on the logo, they’ll take a couple of days to do everything and at the end they’ll tell you if either to pay $250 for state protection on your logo or $500 for every state. They never pointed that out whenever we first talked in the beginning don’t fall for it. Asked for a refund and haven’t gotten a reply .

Man I don't even know where to begin. Ok took about 3 days to get a logo, ok cool then it would take 24 hours to make a change, ok cool... But what not cool is I email them about something and I would not hear back from them right away, maybe a day or two then I would get a email back. I would call and leave a voicemail and guess what no call back unless I call a different number. Mr Zack Miller and he's team is a complete wast of time.. I strongly believe this is a scam business all the way.. if I can upload screenshots of my call log your email just to show how many times I have reached out.. only a few calls your email at a time I will get a answer back.. last week I emailed Zack miller and about much longer it would take to get my business card i paid for and the other things... All I got was a email show what they would like.. and all this started going down hill when I denied them the $500 bucks they wanted to use the law group When I told them it's just less then a $100 bucks to have my logo protected Mr Chris did not seem like he was wanting to cut talking to me very short and wanted to transfer me to someone else. Witch was back to Zack miller sr project manager... Going through this company is like pulling your own teeth wouldn't recommend it to nobody wouldn't recommend their service to anybody even if it was now free because all the hoops you have to jump through just to be able to get in touch with somebody or to receive a email / phone call back in a timely manner. Here I am a day before Christmas and have not received anything but a hard time over this... Really hope someone reads this and it helps and they don't wast time energy and money... So Mr Zack miller and Chris of the logo team.. don't wish anything bad to y'all but I do hope y'all hit a pot hole on road and it causes y'all at least $350 bucks worth of damages to your car/tires. Because from what I have put in and had to use other services for.. it's only far to fell the way I do...

BUYERS BEWARE: I had a consultation call with them. They said they are located in Philadelphia, PA. They lied. No such company is registered in the state. They were laughing in the background at my service questions and when I asked them to clarify the promises they were making. They kept changing the ROI numbers and talking in circles about supposed discount. I came off the phone feeling like they were lying and all they wanted was my credit card number. They claimed they were in the U.S. They are not.

Initially, I contacted The Design Verse to have a logo created for a new product my company is launching. Because of the quality of the work I was seeing, our relationship (and scope) grew to include their website and hosting services as well. I truly could not recommend The Design Verse any more highly than I do. From the Project Managers like Wilson Smith and Eric Nelson, the skill set of the designers, as well as their quickness of their responsiveness, the experience was wonderful. The outcomes were even better than what my initial plans were! In fact, I will be hiring them to work on my next project as well. I am extremely pleased with the process, as well as the end result. 10/10 Stars!!

Really happy with the way my logo came out. Peter Collins did a great job, not only on mine, but a referral I sent him. I'm in New York, even with the time difference, I received updated revisions within 24 hours. From start to finish, it was a very easy process and the results are exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend this place! Wish I could attach the logos to this review.

I needed a simple logo for a product initially. Although I thought I knew what company I would ultimately use to accomplish this, I found myself on Google, researching some other possible options. What I could not have known at the time, was that Peter Collins and his team would change the entire way I would think about my business, my product, and the end user I was serving.

I truly cannot say enough wonderful words about Peter Collins. When it comes to being client focused and extraordinary customer service, Peter is, perhaps, one of the most gifted person I have met in this capacity. When I first began working with Peter, my focus was on whether or not he would successfully be able to capture my vision for the brand, and getting it completed reasonably quickly. Because of Peter's amazing talent for listening, not only was he able to capture my vision, but he has been a HUGE factor in how my business is moving forward.

In fact, I came to trust my business in the hands of The Design Verse so much that they will also be designing my website as well. I just cannot say enough kind things about this company.

If you are considering your options for logo design, branding, or website, I would highly recommend that you have a conversation with The Design Verse (at the very least!) I am so glad I did.

Every single person I connected for my web designing was highly professional. And the designed they produced was enough to explain the hundred hours of dedication to my work.
