Excellent customer service from Carol Lewis! Carol was very engaging and very helpful. Nothing was a bother, queries were answered promptly and she happily made amendments until I was satisfied. My CV was not the easiest and Carol did her research and filled in the gaps. I was impressed by her knowledge and the language used. The layout of the CV is very professional. I would highly recommend CV Guru and in particular Carol, for a seamless and professional service!

Really useful and Professional service that has given me a real boot to my confidence.

I chose the CV, cover letter and LinkedIn bundle and Carol was incredibly helpful in creating all of these and sharing her expert advice. My CV and cover letter look very professional and are very well written, allowing me to proceed with my job applications with confidence. In addition, my LinkedIn is much more well-rounded and refined. I couldn’t recommend Carol and The CV Guru any more.

I worked with Sean on taming and sharping up my CV for the persuit of a new role. Communication was great and within one review he had nailed it. I'm now delighted to have a much stronger CV to aid my achieving my next IT Project/ Programme Manager role.

After contacting the CV Guru people the process was really simple. Sean took my current CV and drafted a new, ATS compliant version which summarised my experience and achievements nicely. Very quick turnaround. After a few exchanges, Ronnie produced a new version of my CV that felt very professional. My CV went from being completely ignored to receiving prompt feedback.
I went for the full package (CV+ Linked In + letter)

The process was fast and easy. The quality of the cv, covering letter and LinkedIn profile was excellent.

While I thought that my original cv wasn't bad - the new one from CV Guru was so much better. Made me very confident in my job applications.

Thanks - highly recommended

Great experience with The CV Guru. I went with the specialist service due to industry I’m in (IT) and the amount of time I’d be doing it (20 years)

My order was allocated to Sean who reached out straight away to let me know he’d be working with me. Honestly one of the simplest experiences ever. I simply provided an existing CV, my LinkedIn profile and left the rest to Sean. He provided a draft CV within 3 business days which was amazing to start. Had the final versions within 4 business days. He’d obviously researched my role/job description as my CV included all manner of states on value and outcomes which I’d have never thought of including. He also gave a great breakdown of how and why the CV is structured the way it is. He also provided a cover letter and update recommendations to my LinkedIn profile.
We made 1 pretty minor change to his original, so he was spot on with what he wrote. All round great experience and would definitely recommend.

Sean helped me re-write my CV and I'm very happy with the service he provided me. He was very efficient and quick in getting the 1st draft to me, turning this around within 2 days. He subsequently was very attentive to my emails and questions with the follow up work until the point I was very happy with the outcome. It took in total about 4 working days to get this done. I was also very pleased with the covering letter and linkedIN write ups in particular, as this was an area that I had left neglected and unsure about. All in all, very happy with service, CV documents, and with Sean for his assistance.

Received fantastic help with my CV from Emma at the CV Guru. The alterations showcased everything far more professionally and I believe went a long way to helping me secure the role I applied for.
Many thanks again to Emma and CV Guru for the attention to detail and timely work. I will recommend anyone looking to update their CV to get in contact.

I've really enjoyed working with the CV Guru! They scheduled an initial call to help them understand more about what I'm doing before starting to work on my CV. They've always been quick to respond and did not stop working on my CV and LinkedIn profile until I was happy.

Purchased the Specialist/Executive package to create a CV aimed at an IT Executive role. Being in IT for many years, my CV was in need of a complete overhaul to focus less on the technology skills and more on leadership and driving business value. Sean's work was outstanding, along with providing many valuable recruitment insights along the way.
An excellent and speedy service with great communication. I cannot recommend the CV Guru enough.
