Returns policy is a joke!
Returns policy is a joke!! Exchange or credit note only. I don’t want either I just want my money back. No mention of this when I purchased the items in store. Absolutely fuming!! 😡

As an independent boutique, our policy is to offer an exchange or credit note for in-store purchases unless the item is faulty. This is displayed at the bottom of all receipts but I'm sorry if this wasn't clear during your visit.
While we can’t offer a cash refund for a change of mind, our credit note does not expire, and we'd love to help you find something suitable.

Nice shop terrible returns policy
Their returns policy is bonkers - return within 7 days for store credit. No refunds at all! Obviously no mention of this when I purchased. Seems very out of step with other shops - I was just trying to return a Christmas present. Not great!

For items purchased in store during the Xmas season, we have an extended returns period in place until January 7th for an exchange or store credit, which does not have an expiry date.
We are sorry if this wasn't clear at the time of purchase and hope our extended policy can help you find something you love.

Went to visit the new store in Meadowhall and I was very impressed, visually the store is really thought out and the visual merchandising is great. The staff are super approachable and friendly.

I used their sneaker cleaning service. Couldn't recommend them any more highly. They collected my trainers, dropped them off, and made them look brand new.

The trainer-cleaning service 👎🏼
The trainer-cleaning service they offer is poor. I was told over the phone that all the marks had come out of the trainers and that I would be happy with the results, which couldn’t be further from the truth. They returned the trainers with stains still on them, which I complained about. I was then told they would be picked back up for another clean, but I’ve now been waiting around three weeks with my messages being ignored. Safe to say I will not be using their services again 🤣.

Poor stock level indicator
Ordered an item online but turns out they didn’t have it in stock, despite payment being made and stating they had 1 in stock. In fairness, I was notified within a couple of hours of payment and refund processed, however, If you are super keen to secure an item and it’s popular, maybe try a store with more reliable stock indicators.
