The Crafty Giraffe Omdömen

Bought four of the egg board's absolutely fantastic good quality and service would definitely recommend

Brilliant service, quick delivery. The wooden dippy egg boards are lovely quality. Definitely be buying off them again

Ordered the breakfast boards for our family. They arrived in good time. Unfortunately there was a mistake, but my email was responded to quickly and I received a replacement the following week. Although it seems Royal Mail were having a kick about with the parcel, and the board was damaged; again my email was replied to quickly and a replacement being sent out.
Lovely products and excellent customer service!

I bought a card around this time last year, I still haven’t received anything and I never got my money back. I’d emailed them a few times but they were useless so in the end I gave up. If I’d have kept at it I probably would’ve gotten my money back or something but honestly wasn’t worth it as they just weren’t great. The idea of the card was cute tho, shame that I never got it.

I ordered a few personalised hanging wood decorations and I’m soo happy with them! They’re going to make such cute Christmas presents. Amazing quality, exactly as pictured on the website. Will definitely be purchasing again! Thank you

Ordered two personalised Christmas decorations in the shape of rabbits for my grandchildren and they are lovely. The items are not only well made but come in little boxes which was lovely to hand over and will of course be perfect storage throughout the year.

I ordered 2 engraved tree ornaments and they are so beautiful!! Great quality and unique!!

Horrible customer service. Spent over $100 in the beginning of October and still haven’t received them. Keep being told they are shipped but they won’t provide a tracking number and now won’t replace or fix this issue.....and just tell me to wait....

Love this company, love the products! I've ordered several times and customer service has always been great. Would highly recommend.

I'm absolutely chuffed with my personalised guinea pig Christmas tree decorations! They're beautifully made for a very reasonable price. Shipping took a little while longer than I expected but they were worth the wait. Really impressed and would definitely order from them again!

Placed an order for a number of different personalised Christmas tree decorations while they were on offer. Even though we are in lockdown, they arrived very quickly. I was kept informed by email at every stage of the process too. The decorations are lovely - I will be ordering more for other friends now!

Unbelievable communication with this business. I had a reply within 1 day when I asked what my rough delivery date would be and with Christmas coming, I can imagine how busy this company is! So to get a reply that quick is amazing. I'm absolutely in love with my decorations. I moved out of my parents home and also left the 2 dogs too! So I now have a piece of them on my tree for Christmas :) thank you!

I ordered two wooden decorations for my guinea pigs last week, they've arrived this afternoon and they're lovely. Nice packaging and kept me up to date with delivery.

I did order pet decorations for the in-laws last year and they absolutely loved them.

I have told family members and friends to give the website a visit for Christmas decoration ideas. Will definitely be ordering items from here again!

Recently bought wooden Christmas decorations featuring our dog (Basset Fauve de Bretagne) - very good quality and nicely packaged. Definitely recommend. We were really delighted to find somewhere that illustrates lesser known breeds of dogs.

Feel let down by customer services. Not very helpful at all. Very polite, but not helpful!

I ordered some horse and cat personalised hangers recently in the BOGOF sale and I’m actually pretty pleased!! They are fairly small and thin but very neatly done and look really cute - I’m looking forward to gifting these. They make a lovely thoughtful little present and I would be happy to order more whilst they are half price. They arrived pretty quickly too - overall a very happy customer!

Ordered 2 personalised Christmas dog decorations last week which have arrived very quickly. Lovely gift box and the decorations are beautiful! Can't wait to give them as a gift as I know they will love them.

Ordered two dog decorations only last Wednesday and received them today, Monday. Well impressed, lovely decorations and great service. Thank you.

Ordered a variety of personalised wooden tree decorations, delivery was quick, all superb quality, would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service. Beautiful tree ornaments. Quick delivery. 5 star service. Highly recommended.
