Would heartily recommend this company !
Ordered two of the spirit bottles for Christmas, arrived earlier than expected even with the ongoing postal strikes!. One of the bottles was custom designed for a navy veteran, and when it arrived I couldn't have been more delighted with the design. Thankyou very much to the Crafty Black Dog would recommend you to all.

Exactly customer service when I order…
Exactly customer service when I order failed to arrive and appeared that Royal Mail had lost them. They replied straight away to my query. They made a second set and were ready to post when 1st set suddenly reappeared with Royal Mail and arrived safe and sound. Will definitely use this company again and I highly recommend them.

Lit customized wine bottle
I purchased the lit wine bottle for my Father. Clare customized the design to suit the regiment he served in, at no extra cost. Clare sent me several emails to ensure I was happy with the design before it was sent. I really can't say enough about the excellent service I received - from communication, customization and delivery. Clare was an absolute gem and can't thank her enough for the beautiful wine bottle that I know my Dad will be thrilled with.
