I would have given zero stars if it would be possible. It's a scam. I have purchased product that has never been send. I couldn't get any communication through. Then finally after almost 3 weeks, I have emailed saying my purchase was cancelled. Please, do not ever use this scam website, not worth it!

Scammer. Do not waste your time and money
Bought a presale Item from this germ on eBay based on it's release on the 20th Feb. Once the item was released it inflated, so the seller held off on shipping the item until the sale was cancelled resulting in having to pay double the aftermarket price. Do not purchase from this scammer unless you want to end up in the same predicament

Not to sure on authenticity
Not to sure on authenticity! The package came half ripped and looked like it had been used previously. The tissue paper the T-shirt was wrapped in look like it had been dragged through a bush and was not official adidas wrapping paper. The transparent plastic bag the shirt was in was also not adidas branded and was all written in Chinese! Big red flag! The T-shirt also seems to be as long as it is wide and is like wearing a kite lol 🤦🏼♂️ will deffo be avoiding this outlet going forward!

As a small personal shopping and reselling business, we source authentic items from a variety of trusted suppliers, which sometimes means packaging may differ slightly from what you’d expect from a standard retail store. However, the quality and authenticity of the product itself is something we take very seriously, and we have never and will sell anything that isn’t 100% genuine.
That said, we’re genuinely disappointed to hear that your parcel arrived in such poor condition, especially with the packaging issues you mentioned, as that is not how we would let something leave our door. We’d really like the chance to make this right. If you could get in touch with us directly, we’d be happy to investigate further and look into a refund, exchange, or another resolution that works for you.
We value every single customer and take all feedback seriously as it helps us improve. Especially as a growing independent business. We’d love the opportunity to turn this experience around and show you how we usually do things.

Attempted to start a returns process…
Attempted to start a returns process and per the connects website emailed to begin this process. I did not receive a response until I got in touch with my bank who said to email once more and mention if I do not get a reply I will initiate a charge back claim through my bank. Only then did I get a reply almost immediately. Do not recommend.
