I was excited to received my cups! They jad the most beautiful RED cup! My absolute favorite color. PRO
Does the cup keep your beverages ICE COLD? 💯 PRO
CON: I use my cup at work. I store it in my work bag, along with the other items I may need. One being a box of tissue. It the cup tilts slightly, the inside bottom of my bag is soaking wet.
When I bring my cup to my bedroom, if it tilts, my bed is soaking wet.
Mind you, this is when im using the straw lid. I didnt have a problem with the lid that I have pick up and drink. I prefer the straw lid so I dont have to use my hands.
We've ALWAYS been a Hydro Flask family. I wanted to try something different, especially because they have so many vibrant colors. Don't be fooled by the pretty color. I spent well over $100 for two cups. NEVER AGAIN! Instead, get a Hydro Flask or a Yeti!

The bottle I purchased arrived looking beautiful and keeps liquids cold for a very long time. That said, I was disappointed to learn the following. 1. The bottle is not dishwasher safe. 2. The neck is too narrow to reach your hand inside to wash well. 3 The bottle was too deep for my standard size bottle brush to reach the bottom of the bottle completely. 4. The straw fit was very tight. Great to reduce leakage, but so tight, whenever I took a sip, it was hard to suck in and when i released my lips from the straw, the vacuumed I had created rushed the contents of the straw forcefully back into the bottle. Definitely don’t use for carbonated beverages. I was planning to return it, but found the “handling fee” plus the “shipping fee” made it not worth the trouble.

Don't buy. Go with Yeti instead. The "36 to 100 hours" cold duration is a blatant lie. You fill up your bottle with ice to the top then add water and by the end of the day you need to fill it up again or you'll wake up with just water no ice. It LEAKS, my Yeti has never done so. The customization is a JOKE, they spray paint your name or whatever you want to add instead of ENGRAVING it on the bottle like Yeti does, so if you scrub the coldest bottle say bye bye to your customization. The paint is cheap, drop it once half the paint is scratched off. I've dropped my Yeti countless times and it barely has a chip on the bottle. Again stay away, the prize tells you everything too. Be warned.
