Recently bought the Cockpit android auto upgrade for my jaguar xe.
I had a couple of set up issues.
Spoke to the support team and can only say one word - brilliant!!!
Very patient understanding my newness to the system.
Fixed in real time (no waiting ages for a reply)
Impressed with the support & would highly recommend the product and service

Ordered an MMI box, quick delivery, few hiccups during a home installation, one call with the team and it was all sorted in no time. Highly recommend.

It does working well, because I installed myself it appears few issues on the way but support team helped me to solve them.

My daughter ordered an Audi A1 Apple CarPlay upgrade for her car.
I fitted it which was fairly straight forward and there was a link to a YouTube video to guide the process.
Then she started having problems with it.
Not turning on at all eventually. She couldn’t even use the original unit.
I emailed The Cockpit and got an immediate response asking for some videos of the issue. Then Mo suggested a video call so he could see the issue.
He immediately asked me to send it back for a replacement. I have now fitted the replacement and it works perfectly.
Every company will sometimes have issues, but it’s the way they are dealt with that makes the difference and Mo was amazing. Thank you so much, my daughter is very happy.

I ordered a Golf MK7 conversion kit to have Apple CarPlay.
Without needing to spend over £1k to have a MIB1 upgrade to MIB2, this kit just did the job perfectly.

I wasn’t sure if it would work or not but the team reached out to double check the car would be compatible which I thought was great.
I had a bit of trouble with one of the cables which wasn’t in the instructions, but within minutes of whatsapp’ing the tech team, it was fixed and works brilliantly.
Would highly recommend!

I bought a kit for my 2016 rs3, very easy to fit if you follow the instructions step by step, I did have a slight issue with not being able to play any sound through the CarPlay HOWEVER I contacted there support team and they walked me through exactly what to do and was resolved in a matter of minutes, great company, great product and an absolute pleasure to deal with, thanks guys

After years of putting up without CarPlay in my X3 I finally decided it was time to sort it out and try to fit this myself. With a bit of YouTube reviewing (you will need it) and some spludger tools bought on Amazon I success fitted this myself. Extremely happy with the result. Product came with English manual and worked straight away without any faff. Delivered in good time and at a reasonable price too.

Ordered from here for a Audi A1,recived the product to self install when arrived did not realise was Chinese made.Anyway I went to self install and got so far and then the chip burnt and smoke started coming from my original radio.I emailed to return and refund and was told if there was deemed a fault with the product I would receive a full refund.Which I did,I emailed and asked for a explanation of what the problem was but with no reply .This has now caused more damage to my car as I have had to replace the original radio and get Audi to code it all at a cost of 220.00.i have emailed and asked for reimbursement as by law but have been ignored on all occasions.

I had issues with my CarPlay module in my 911. The unit had not been used much as I really only use CarPlay for Waze, far, far better than the car's satnav. However it had developed a (user?) issue which Mo from tech support sorted for me. Thanks Mo for your assistance and perseverance!

I had my Cockpit kit installed by a garage (there was no approved fitter near my home) and there was a fault: I could not get audio on phone calls or sat nav.
I contacted Cockpit customer service on Whatsapp and I was guided, step by step, through a complex process of menus and options. When I switched the car back on, the problem was solved; everything worked!

The Cockpit has customer service people who actually serve the customer. What will they think of next?

I recently installed Apple CarPlay in my vehicle, and the experience was seamless thanks to the team here. I ran into a few technical hurdles during the setup, but Mo in technical support was an absolute lifesaver. He was patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and walked me through the wiring/software steps until everything was running perfectly. If you're looking for an upgrade and want to know you'll have solid support if you get stuck, this is the place to go. 5 stars!

Did a self installation on my mercedes slk 172 all was OK on completion but couldn't get sound through android auto, spoke to mo in technical and he had to change various settings in the mercedes side and some parameters on both sides all working great now wouldn't have solved it on my own the guy's a genius thanks again mo 👍

Support is first class. Entire experience was excellent. Can't fault a thing.

Fitted my car play module and had a few technical issue sent the technical support number some pictures and mo got back to me with in seconds told me what i needed to fix no hassle and got me all up and running within 5 minutes, 10/10 service mo thanks alot

Great product, fairly easy to fit yourself. I just followed the YouTube vid. Trickiest bit is probably getting all the cables back in behind the unit.
Had a minor sound issue after fitting, used the WhatsApp link, Mo from technical came straight back to me, few messages later all sorted. Excellent after sales service. A+ would recommend

I put this aftermarket Android Auto in a old C Class Merc. Excellent product and easy to use.
It ran well for about 12 months then locked. I WhatsApped thecoockpituk.com from who i purchased the unit from, and had immediate reply.
When the manufacturer was open again after Christmas, I received a message from thecoockpituk.com with an update that has sorted my problem.
Fantastic service, and very good product and would highly recommend the carplay/android auto unit itself, but more importantly, the customer service from thecoockpituk.com.

Had to use the technical support team and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. Turns out I had made a mistake during installation but they helped me to work out the problem. Great service.
