We act as a genuine partner and extension of the businesses we work with, taking the time to build relationships and understand the unique circumstances of all parties. When you’re new to contracting, it can be hard to see the wood for the trees. As such, we are always clear with contractors on the pros and cons of their options. Our role at Cinch is to help contractors enjoy all the benefits of contracting, without all the faff. We are an APSCo Trusted Partner and provide a transparent operation which helps pass all due diligence checks!

I am currently working with The Cinch Group and I can honestly say it is one of the best companies I have worked with so far. The team is highly professional and always ready to help — whenever I have an issue at work, they respond quickly and find solutions.

Communication is clear, consistent, and very efficient, which makes everything run smoothly. Another big advantage is that payments are always on time, and we often receive notifications in advance about when we will be paid, which gives a great sense of security and trust.

It is a reliable and professional company that truly values its people. I highly recommend them!

No complaints

Payments are on time and correct.
Great communication.
When there has been a problem it has been dealt with quickly and without trouble.
If I have questions, I'll message and they're very quick to reply.
Can't pick any faults really

Really handy my weekly hours are sent to cinch from company I work for you are informed on Wednesday what is payed into your bank Friday my accountant has access to my portal so no paperwork involved.

As a CIS tradesman

As a CIS tradesman, I've found Cinch to be efficient, reliable and great provider to work with! They handle my tax deductions and payments are made to me correctly each week. Their team are experienced and easy to reach if I ever have any questions! Use this company and you can't go wrong!!

As a builder

As a builder, I've been using Cinch for my umbrella payroll, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Jon set everything up for us, ensuring compliance throughout the process, adhering to all legislation so everything was taken care of. Payments are made on time each fortnight with no hassles - I highly recommend using Cinch!!!

Why I use Cinch

I have worked in the Construction Industry for 20years, and have used numerous Umbrella companies. Having been frustrated on many occasions with the inadequate performance of many of those companies, I can fully endorse Cinch. Extremely helpful, honest and above all reliable. I Can't recommend enough.

Do u want paying on time? Then 100% Use Cinch

I have worked for A number of Agencies over the last 10 years & this has brought with it a Number of problems, & to know your Dealing with an upfront & honest payroll company is a massive part of getting paid on time & correct. I can honestly say that Cinch is definitely 1 of the top 3 Payroll companies in the Uk & I have chosen to work with them on a number of occasions, when agencies are honest & tell you that you can choose your own payroll company! So if want a hassle free payment & the security of a company with great customer service when things get muddled up between end client the agency & yourself then 100% I recommend Cinch!!

Thank you for paying me on time!

I've never really used an umbrella company before but these guys were great! Very helpful, kept things simple for me and made sure I was set up with minimal stress! Main positive for me was I received an SMS saying I was being paid, followed shortly after by my payslip then was paid when they said first thing Friday morning!!

I highly recommend these guys, fair and honest - can't say fairer than that 🤗
