Bought 2 vapes from here. Opened them when I got home. The first, worked perfectly fine. The second had no oil in it. A complete dud inside a sealed package. I didn't take a receipt as I didn't expect something this ridiculous to happen. 25 quid wasted. Based on the other bad reviews, I would be barking up the wrong tree to even request a refund.
Support small local businesses. To hell with this place.

They are the worse. Waited over a week for my order just to receive a email saying they were out of stock. And I can’t get a refund until 10- 15 days. Bad customer service

Terrible experience with this company, I've ordered something online and 1st May they sent me an email saying that they were currently out of stock of the product, so I've requested my refund €14.20. On 22nd of May I sent another e-mail requesting an update regarding to my refund that didn't happen yet and I wanted information about it. They said that my order has been directly affected by current technical issues the Team are working to resolve. On Monday 26.05 I sent another e-mail requesting an update and had no answer, that's is the reason we should ALWAYS read the reviews and believe in it. I just want my money back and they won't sort it. I would highly advice you don't buy from them, don't take the chance of losing your money and wasting your time.

If you dont mind waiting a week for your online deliveries, sure, use this company.
They uses GLS for their 'free deliveries'. This information is only something you, the customer who just bought and paid for goods, discover AFTER you've placed an order.
GLS are the arse of the barrel when it comes to delivery services. They are dirty cheap but for a very good reason.
TheCbdStore.ie clearly dont give a toss about online orders actually getting delivered if thats the way they dispatch goods.
So many other, better companies out there to order from. Wont be back.

Website was not functioning properly charged me twice, I'm told no order exists and it's basically not our problem contact your bank if you want your money back. Honestly the worst company I have ever dealt with. If you don't want the hassle of having to spend hours on phone calls with banks trying to get your money back while CBD store ignores you,shop somewhere else. Also if you do use them they will send you tracking numbers but they don't ship until you ask where it is ? They will blame GLS collections Everytime

Placed an order for a few different gummies on Sunday night and it was delivered on Tuesday afternoon by DPD, very fast!

My only complaint (and I hope it doesn't make me sound ungrateful) was that we got a CBD vape pen worth €19 as a free gift with the order, but no one in our household smoke and the only one of our friends that does only smokes cigarettes, so unfortunately it went in the bin. It was a nice gift, especially with the price of it, but it was just a little bit silly to send it as our order was literally all gummies so no reason to think that we smoke.

Overall though, I will happily be a returning customer!

Ordered some gummies late on Friday and they arrived on Tuesday morning. Insanely fast when looking at comparable European stores that stock similar products. Discreet packaging that wouldn't raise any eyebrows. There was only 1 minor issue when I ticked the "make an account" button during the checkout process and it made the website glitch out. It was unclear if my order was placed so I reached out to customer support and they replied in less than an hour. I'm certainly going to use this store in the future.
