Absolute Con Men.

They offer you a reasonable price and then wait til last minute when you think it’s about to complete and then come up with another lie. Get you really desperate that you accept a ridiculously low offer.

Fortunately this was the third company my mum dealt with and all there tactics are the same. We walked away.

You will lose a lot of money using any of these companies.

They delivered on their promise of a quick and easy sale, and I appreciated the constant communication.

Do not use!!! Strung us along for weeks telling us the sale was going to complete any day then surprise, surprise last minute found loads of issues with the property that just didn’t exist (had actual professional people in to check since) and wanted to offer even less than the awful price we’d already agreed to. There’s also something very dodgy as their company registration number on their website is the same as another business in the same building as them that they claim are nothing to do with them…… there are much more reputable companies out there if you need to sell a property quickly.

I made enquiries about a property that I was actually looking to buy myself. I wanted to see what sort of value I could have received if I had have done a full renovation for resale purposes.

I had amazing advice, and the acces that was available to previous data online was immense. Andrew helped me, and actually, we decided that having g heard some very impartial advice, we weren't going to pursue with this purchase.

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS – STAY CLEAR
They will contact you offering a great deal to complete within 4 weeks. He is a man of his word apparently!
This is not his real name, he has actually left one of the 5 star verified reviews that is how dishonest this company is!
He will go through all of the motions with you. He will instruct solicitors apparently at his cost but if you read the small print, as I did, if you pull out for whatever reason you have a large fee to pay. He will arrange your EPC and survey.
As soon as your survey comes back he will pass you to his completion manager who is actually the sole director of the business (not difficult to find as it is a limited company). He will tell you that the survey has come back with a whole host of problems (mostly untrue). They will then tell you that they can’t pay the original figure and drop the value by circa 30%.
If you are desperate for a sale you may agree (this is the type of person that they pray on)!
If you don’t agree (and you have put a disclaimer on the paperwork from the solicitor) they are now out of pocket.
What they will do at this point is tell you that they have buyers lined up to buy your property and they will pay you a fee to hold the house. The fee never arrives but what they are actually doing at this point is advertising your home on Rightmove Plus for a much-reduced price and hoping that you will believe their lies for long enough that they can sell it and recover their costs.
Once your house is on Rightmove Plus it is visible to cashbuyers and estate agents (not the general public). At this point your house has been massively devalued because everybody can see the selling price.
Unfortunately for these two complete waste of space men, who prey on people vulnerability, I did not need the money I just needed a quick sale.

Worked with the cash buyers on numerous occasion and am really happy with the experience they have provided. Would highly reccomend.

Things had changed within the family and we needed to sell our house quickly. Spoke to Jack who gave us some reassurance about the process and what we could get for the house. They seemed to be more sympathetic towards the issue I was facing than the other company I had contacted and genuinely felt like they wanted to help so we went with them. Very patient with me as I did probably contact them more than I should to see how everything was going. Fairly easy process with clear instructions along the way. House sold, purchased and funds in our account in less than 21 days than they had originally said which was amazing. Thank you for an easy process and for being so patient with me, glad I went with them!
