I’ve been getting all my apple bits from mark a few years now and they have all been great! He has a great selection in the shop and is always so lovely and helpful.
I always recommend him to any family or friends who need any apple stuff!

Couldn’t recommend mark enough, from the first item I’ve bought off him to the last, his customer service has been top class, weather it be delivery, courier or shop collection any experience with him has been a great one. Highly recommend.

Great service and great value.... Have been promising myself some earphones for a long time and took advantage of the Happy Plugs sale to order a pair online, they were delivered the following day by courier. Excellent service and helpful video online showing how they worked for a useless tech person like me. Highly recommended.

Case Cave have the best prices, usually below RPR and usually deliver to me the same day! I never go anywhere else now because they’re just so reliable and efficient. Super friendly service every time!

I give five star for brilliant, helpful service when I was buying 2 screen protectors and wireless headphones but not happy as I am still waiting on reply a long time asking can I change a screen protector as I got wrong one. I text and asked when could I change it and no reply and this is months later. Feeling very disappointed. Ann is my name and I was highly recommended this company by someone who I give a lot of business too

Fantastic service. I bought a new screen protector which Mark fitted perfectly. Its a new gel type one and it doesn't crack when it falls. Mark was super friendly professional and helpful. I 100 percent recommend

Absolutely brilliant service!
Absolutely brilliant service, Mark had a phone sourced and in my hands within a day, along with a superb custom screen protector and all of the other bits I needed. The Case Cave is my go-to for most of my electronics now, now just phones! Would highly recommend!

Great customer service with no quibbles!
I’ve used the Case Cave for the last few years and I’ve never been disappointed. Mark is brilliant to deal with and gives great advice.
I’ve had cases, cables, speakers, headphones, ear pods and phones from him and they have always been first class. If there are any problems, his customer service is prompt and thorough with no quibbles.
The range of products grow year on year but remain at very competitive prices. Having the option of delivery is really convenient - I can text and have what I need in hours. I also love that I can make an appointment to go into the shop as well… particularly when I’m late with my Christmas shopping!
I will never get my techie gear anywhere else.
