Great quality, easy to order, well packaged
Great quality sweets. The packaging is sturdy, with a resealable top, and the contents can be seen clearly making it visually very pleasing. I liked being able to pick and mix the contents to match the recipient's preference and this was easy to do via the pictures during the picking process, which also showed a countdown display of how many portions you had left to add. The varying sizes and containers also give a great choice. I would certainly recommend The Candy Box and will most definitely be shopping with them again in the future.

Cannot comment on the sweets yet, as they are a gift for Xmas but the ordering and delivery were spot on. I was concerned about the “eat by” date of 8 weeks, as I ordered early for Xmas but emails from company assured me the sweets would be absolutely fine.

Overall ok but arrived with lid open and sweets all over the place had to pick through the packaging to put it all back together and in the right compartments. Also got one sweet I didn’t ask for. Glad I didn’t get it sent straight to the recipient.

Payment and Order Issues waste of time
Have tried to order 3 times now and it takes me to the paypal payment and when paying for order goes back to website and order not been made, Items still in my cart. Spent ages picking sweets for family members and even longer trying to pay for them. Going elsewhere now!

Full of yumminess
Really enjoyed looking through all the lists of sweets, so many to choose from. Wanted to order so much, it took a lot to not order one of everything. Prices are good too, and the packaging is really strong.
