Ignoring the 12 days it took to ship my pretty expensive 'indestructible' soft dog toys (elephant and gator) from wherever they are made (not Ohio), it only took my pup less than 24 hours to rip a hole in the head of the elephant and gut the stuffing. My take - overpriced cheap products sourced from far eastern overseas. Note: no tags on the toys and original shipping label overlaid with a shipping label from Ohio. Pretty much a scam company IMO.
PS - There is no way to follow up on their own rating of "4.5 stars from 110,000 customers" posted on their homepage. Most likely that is pure fiction also.

The calming pillow is surprisingly high quality. The fabric feels premium and it holds its shape well even after washing.

Ordered the cooling mat and it has been perfect for warm days. No setup needed, just placed it on the floor and my cat instantly loved it.

Our dog gets anxious during thunderstorms and the calming bed made a real difference. Super soft, easy to wash, and he actually chooses to sleep there now.

Ordered January 22, 2026, received 2/5 (approx 2 weeks as opposed to their 10 days stated.) Tracking is pretty non existent until the package makes it to the US and through customs, though I did receive MULTIPLE emails that it was "on its way." When provided, the link for tracking never actually went to a tracking service.

One toy immediately had its button eyeballs snapped off by my pup. If this hadn't been a special package deal at about $10 to $15 per toy, I'd extremely disappointed. They do have a one-time replacement policy for quickly damages items. We'll see how the calming duck, etc fare. On quick inspection, the bear is smaller than anticipated, and the ball that looks soccer sized in a picture in front of a golden retriever is about 2" diameter.

They don't tell you in their return policy that you have to return your item or items to China and its very expensive.

Very pleased with this product. It arrived on time, was easy to set up, and looks great in our home. My dog seems more at ease during travel now.
