This is a scam. I ordered a calender for $12 and then they charged me another $30 on top of that. Hopefully I get my money back because I canceled my order for the calender too. ZERO STARS! Fraud!!!

so they were trying to advertise these no ice hats for I think $1.99 free shipping all that kind of stuff sounds great too good to be true people mentioned what was gonna happen but on their website they said hey we’re gonna give it to you for $1.99 so you placed your order. Your order is complete you get charged then thereafter they say cool will let you know when everything comes out if I did not look again at my tracking information which I still haven’t gotten they throw in their membership for 2999 and they start to charge you for that even though you did not agree to any of this which is absolutely illegal you gave no consent to it so I said I am not gonna do your membership and they still said cool no big deal you can still get the hat will send it to you and then customer service came back and said they’re not gonna send the hat because it’s part of the whole membership deal which is an all-around why this company is full of shit they are trying to rip people off I wouldn’t be surprised if they work with ice just to screw over the human race just a screw over individual every day working people .

O stars, same as others here who have been scammed. Trying to get close to $60 back from them. Avoid at all costs.
I would give 0 stars if I could. Total scam. Just like all the other reviews here state. I thought I was buying a NO ICE hat for $1.99, come to find out I am getting charged $29.99. I put in a dispute with my bank, so I will get my $ back, but shame on The Broad Store for using this issue to scam people.
Also got it with a bogus charge of $29.99 when it was advertised a cap for $1.99. Do NOT fall for this company.
Don’t do it! It’s not free. It’s not $1.99. They slam you with the full price. It’s total fraud.
Also experienced this. I thought I was getting a "free" hat and all of a sudden I was hit with this bogus thirty dollar charge. I'm going to have to call my bank in the morning to freeze my card. Jesus H. Roosevelt Christ. Don't trust ads on Facebook.
Fraud company - ordered a hat with a free shipping and charged me $29.99 for subscription.
Saw an Instagram ad for a No Ice hat from this "company" and claimed it, paying the $1.99 for shipping. However, they never sent me any sort of confirmation email at any point. There's allegedly a 3-day free trial for membership, but I see today that I've been charged $29.99. I can't reach anyone about this and whenever I try to sign in on the membership login page, I enter my email, they say a code is being sent to log in and I never receive the code.
Other reviews are correct. I was offered a deal for a free Anti Ice hat to just pay shipping. I paid $1.99 3 days ago, and then was charged $30 this morning at 3 AM!!! I was absolutely enraged. I'm an 18 year old who can barely afford to feed myself. This straight up robbery. They automatically sign you up for their $30 a month subscription if you even think about typing your card information or email in. Save yourselves the trouble and avoid them, and report their website.
Scammers hit my card for a 30+ dollar charge and won’t respond back to email! Don’t do anything with this place they’re awful!
This is some kind of scam company. They've hit my account unauthorized, by the way, twice now. I'm working with PayPal, but better to avoid these thieves all together.
