Unfortunately the mask fits terrible
Unfortunately the mask fits terrible. The ear loops are far too big, leaving the mast loose. The bit for covering the beard is also very baggy so this does mean the mask is not fit for purpose.

Good customer service but so-so product
Good customer service and fast delivery but I’m not overly happy with the mask itself. The extra long ties are a faff and I don’t really understand the point of them. I haven’t even used it, I’m sticking with my snood.

Delivery was on time and as promised. I only gave 4 stars because I have to ask someone with small hands to fit the mask filter, anyone with manly hands will struggle.
