The mask is not big enough to go reach around the ears. You should make adjustable ear loops. We will be sending it back

Hi Mary! We are sorry you was not happy with your purchase, on our websites ear loops on the masks is stated.
Almost very good.
Very comfortable, no dreaded beard kink and my glasses don’t steam up! Unfortunately, I don’t think it’s very well made. After 4 days one of the ear loops came unstitched and there are many loose threads all along the seams. It’s a shame because after a long search I really thought I’d found ‘The One’. These are quality issues that hopefully won’t be too hard for them to fix because otherwise it’s a very good mask.
