Great company

I ordered on the 20th of December and the item came the next day so amazing delivery so near to Christmas. Great prices and no complaints, happy customer.

Delivered to wrong address

My order was shipped via Amazon Logistics. The first delivery attempt was at the wrong address and I had unprofessional and rude text messages from the driver. The second day, it was delivered to the wrong address and left outside a random building on an industrial estate. The address was nowhere near my address even though I specifically asked customer service to check they had my address written down correctly. After being assured they did, it's incredibly frustrating that my order is not here.

I'm sure the books are great, but we'll never know because they're somewhere else. A horrible first order, experience.

Update: December 2025.
The books were resent and delivered successfully. Very grateful for the swift resolution.

The quality book site

The package arrived promptly it was securely packed. And in excellent condition. I would certainly use the Book Club again because the prices are reasonable and the product good quality.
