It’s a scam, I didn’t even receive my order and they don’t answer to emails.

Direkt aus China! Miese Qualität! Die Verpackung: schrecklich!!! Hände weg.
Hab ein ähnliches Produkt auf Amazon bestellt, war um einiges billiger und dergleichen Schrott!
Ärgerlich diese abzocken - Instagram sei Dank!

I didn’t even receive the product. They gave the carrier the wrong address, so the package was sent back. Since then, I haven’t heard anything from them. I’ve written to them multiple times, not a single response and no refund. Absolute garbage company.

The product I received does not match what Bombshell Blowouts advertises — mine arrived unbranded and in generic packaging. I’ve contacted them several times without a response. I believe it's delivered directly from Temu..

Billige Chinaware. Hätte es für 2 Euro auch auf Temu gegeben und nicht für 70.

I feel dissapointed to pay so much for the curlers. They are indeed shipped from China without any branding or bag or a box shown in the instagram ads. Product itself seems to be fine but yes i am sure that they are very much overpriced. I wish I had known that earlier, but I guess I fell for the viral ads. :/

This store uses dropshipping from China, and my order was shipped directly from AliExpress. The delivery took longer than expected, and the quality was disappointing. The rods are extremely stiff, have a cheap feel, and do not match the product description or images. Overall, I would not purchase from them again and cannot recommend them.

They dropship rods from China. Mine arrived in a foil, gray envelope, not even a box. There’s no branding at all but there's a sticker on the foil packaging in Chinese characters. The instructions on how to use the rods are full of typos - again, with no branding.

I reached out to their customer support and sent them photos comparing mine with the ones they show on Instagram, asking if it's a joke (it's a pity I cannot attach photos here. You would be shocked).

They responded (quote):
“Just to clarify, the rods you received are the same product we sell on our website. The photos you saw on Instagram were from a PR campaign where we added branded tags just for visual effect. These tags aren’t included with customer orders, as they’re not shown in our product images and can be uncomfortable to wear during use.”

So they basically they admit that they sell rods from China, which you can buy for $4 on Shein or Temu, for 10 times more.

Avoid.

Ordered a set of 3 heatless curlers as they advertise themselves as a Finland-based company, so I thought I was supporting a Finnish company and product. Well, they dropship from China. It wasn't that cheap and the product is not very good - I'm used to the silky, bendy ones - these are stiff, hard to use, not very bendy at all.

Bought a Bombshell Heatless Curler - (Black). The product itself is fine, but costs 3.27€ and is shipped direclty from China, so this is a dropshipping business with an impressive 1275.23% markup in price. And they don't even try to hide it. Just so that you know. Better to buy directly from China or to not buy at all.

When it wrote a bad review on the product, it mystically disappeared.
