I still haven't received my order eventhough been over 3 weeks. My package was seized by USPS and still haven't been received by myself.

I ordered what I wrote above.
I ordered TBL4534 a baseball jersey, a hat, and joggers and hoodie on Dec. 3 it has not arrived yet. Today is the 1st. Its not christmas anymore. I also ordered a customized hoodie for my nephew and it got there in time and was great, but the fact that a customized gift got there but the stock items did not is a huge disappointment. I love supporting but I would be hard pressed to do it again.

I retuned a brand new, never worn product within the specified time frame and am STILL in discussion to receive a full refund, 24 days AFTER they had their brand new product back in their possession!
I'm being told that they can't resell this product, and they want to assess me "These non-refundable costs that include:
- Original production and packaging costs
- *Restocking and inspection
- Payment processing fees charged by the payment gateway
He says, "Unfortunately, these fees are already paid on our end and cannot be recovered, which is why they are deducted from the refund amount."
(* I thought it couldnt be resold, why is there a "restocking fee"?!!!)
I've been conversing with the Owner,Thomas, for over 3 weeks on FB messenger. (He says he never received my emails, even though I sent him screenshots of tumes and dates of emails I sent). I sluthed and found his FB page accepts messenger DMs.
He keeps stalling, and tries to convince me to exchange and "upgrade" from an "older, lightweight" product to a newer, heavier-weight item.
The Quality of the material is NOT worth the price $74.98 he is charging. So why would I pay MORE for a, yet again, inferior product?
STILL waiting for my full refund!

They should've been shiped in a box verses a plastic bag ,our jackets look great but by the hats being damaged the hats dont match the look of the jackets .
So my question to you is what can we do to fix the problem ???

Quality can be better
I will always try and support black owned companies. I didn't give it 5 out of 5 because the bomber jacket I purchased didn't meet my liking. For it to be a bomber jacket, I feel it should of been made Thicker to wear in the cold weather. I live in New York and the jacket I purchased can not be worn outside in Cold Weather as well as the Baseball Cap is made very cheap. Baseball Caps shouldn't bend in the middle of the hat, I'm not talking about the brim.

This company does not give a full refund for your product even though it is not a "custom" item that can be resold. The customer has to pay for shipping to return the item so I don't understand why I wouldn't get a full refund back!
