Had a bike fit done by Mark in June leading up to my triathlon. I had never had one done before and had all sorts of niggles on any reasonably long ride from lower back pain, numb toes to my right knee playing up. The service was amazing, he explained everything as he was doing it and why it was being done. Nothing was rushed and he answered all of my questions. The bike felt completely different after the fit and I successfully completed the Outlaw Holkham half with no niggles or pain anywhere. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again in the future for any new bike purchases.

I had Gareth come out to fit my TT bike, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed with the whole experience.

The fact that Gareth is a mobile fitter made everything so convenient, and from the moment he arrived it was clear he really knows his stuff. He took the time to understand what I was trying to achieve, watched how I rode, explained every adjustment, and made sure I understood why each change was being made.

My main goal was to improve my aero position without sacrificing comfort, and Gareth absolutely delivered. He made a series of precise adjustments that have left me feeling much more stable, comfortable, and confident when riding in the aerobars. The new position feels natural, sustainable, and noticeably more aerodynamic.

What stood out most was Gareth’s attention to detail and the amount of time he spent making sure everything was right. I never felt rushed, and it was obvious that he genuinely cares about getting the best result for his clients.

Can’t recommend highly enough! I had a bike fit with Rich a couple of months ago. An absolutely brilliant experience. Rich was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and responsive. I’d been thinking about buying a new bike, but was uncertain on model and frame size. We did all the measurements over the course of 1.5 hours, which he then summarised in a report with recommendations. He then helped me set up the new bike when it arrived. A few months and long rides on and my body has never felt as good during and afterwards. The best money you can spend on improving your performance in my view. Rick

Had a bike fit from Gareth shaw who covers my area on the Oxfordshire/Bucks boarder. Very thorough, spending nearly 3 hours working carefully and methodically through the fit starting with exploring feet and flexibility, it was over an hour before the bike got involved. Results have been great, I didn’t have a bad fit before having had one 8 years ago but I got a real improvement in comfort and reduced stress. Gareth’s after fit service is fabulous as he always checks in to see how it is going and if there are issues, he sorts it. All done from your home and so convenient. Highly recommended!

I had a fit from my area fitter Ade Potts, top notch guy, really knows his stuff. First ever bike fit after 30 years of riding badly and paying the price over time. You can hack a poor fit when you’re younger and just pass the discomfort and subsequent pain off as normal; no pain, no gain! I’m in my 60’s now and I’m paying the price for that mindset, hips, lower back and knee pain. The assessment identified that I had one leg shorter than the other, due to my right glute being less well developed despite it being my lead leg; good reason for the pains on that right side. Poor saddle height, poor positioning of the hoods and much more. Bike set-up complete, I took part in the Loch Ness ‘Etape in April, what a difference, no pain during or afterwards. Ade did try to fit me to a TT bike I’d had and used since 2016; however, despite it being a small frame, it was wrong for me. Ade will be back to fit me for my Planet X I have on my KickR.
I was advised to use the dynamic cyclist App, which I have been, another giant leap to more enjoyable riding. No Pain, No Pain!!

I had a 2 bike fit with Gareth Shaw on Sunday 5th April and it took 4.5 hours. Gareth's attention to detail is second to none and his thoroughness in making sure all the measurements are accurate followed up by how comfortable I was feeling on the bikes was very reassuring.
Since riding both bikes I have followed up with Gareth about how I was feeling on the bikes and Gareth has discussed what minor adjustments to make.
On Sunday 12th April I did the Shark Audax (225kms - 3600 metres of climbing) and felt so much more comfortable on my bike as well as finding the hills "easier" due to my improved riding position - something Gareth told me I would feel and he was CORRECT.
Absolutely worth every penny of the cost and I would not hesitate to recommend Gareth to any of my fellow cyclists.

I had a bike fit with Kevin. It was a fantastic experience. He was very thorough across all dimensions, and the equipment used to take them was great, modern, and precise. Because he came to me, we could do this directly on my bike and changes were made real time, meaning I got to feel what they were like while he was still there. Turns out I needed a fair bit changed (stem on handlebars, cleat position, saddle width and crank arm) but what a huge difference it has made. I have done 3 rides since, including a 100 mile ride and the pain to my neck and shoulders has gone, and my legs feel so much better on the bike. Because Kevin is also a mechanic he really understands the bike and the body working together. I would highly recommend this service. Booking and communications were very easy too.

Greg, who covers the Northwest, really took the time to learn about my physiology, my riding history, any injuries, my goals, my style and ultimately, my bike. Greg was extremely thorough and with that, together we achieved a great bike fit. I honestly don’t feel like I am sat on my bike when I am riding it, yet I can feel a much more beneficial power transfer through the cranks and the data matches that. Nice job, Greg!

I can’t recommend Gareth The Bike Fitter highly enough. As a keen cyclist himself, he brings a huge amount of knowledge and real-world experience to the process. He was incredibly thorough and precise — making adjustments literally down to the millimetre to ensure everything was absolutely spot on.

We worked through the fitting step by step until it was perfect, and the results speak for themselves. My knee pain has completely gone, I’m noticeably more powerful on the bike, and I can now ride longer without those niggling aches and pains.

I had a Bike fit done by Dan H, he was wicked, super informative with all of the specs and info that he gave me. He broke it all down into layman's terms when I didnt quite understand it.
