The Bed House Omdömen

Absolutely delighted with the bed and mattress! The quality is excellent, it looks stylish and feels very sturdy. The mattress is incredibly comfortable and provides great support, making it much easier to get a good night’s sleep.

The whole experience was fantastic, from the quality of the products to the overall service. Excellent value for money and exactly what I was hoping for. I would definitely recommend this bed and mattress to anyone looking for comfort, quality and style. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great company. Really helpful, informative and friendly in the shop. Very pleased with the bed we chose and the ordering and delivery was great.

I have todate purchased since opening two mattresses and two ottoman bed bases. The service they offer is second to none from all the staff from viewing, ordering to delivery. I can highly recommend this shop and will return in the future and it’s good to support an independent business locally.

Fantastic asset to our community. We were
Left to browse until we needed help and then the advice we were given was great. Easy to order and delivery smooth and to the bedroom. Which was essential for us due to disabilities. Good competitive pricing and nice to see the product before ordering rather than just viewing online.

No hassle when buying, left to look and check out the beds, mattresses etc. Asked for advice and was really helpful.Delivery was great, straight in, no fart arsein around. Built the bed, and got mattress upstairs.
Very helpful. Will go there again. Prixe was very competitive.

Really cannot praise this local family run store more - we went in looking for two beds for our teenage kids after going to numerous chain type stores and looking online. Sophie was really kind and gave some great advice on what to buy, chatting to my son and listening to what he likes (she was especially patient with him being neurodivergent and wanting to test out every single one in the store)! The bed he chose came quickly despite being made to order and the quality is brilliant - such a solid, beautifully made and very comfy bed! When it was my daughter’s turn, Ashley helped and was very friendly - helping her amend the bed base depth, headboard and fabric. Again, delivery was fast and the bed quality fantastic. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again and would recommend a visit - I’m now very jealous of the kids who definitely have a nicer bed than me!! Absolutely lovely store - thank you very much.

Friendly and very helpful and supportive with excellent advice

I bought an ottoman bed from The Bed House four years ago and was so pleased with it, and the service they provided, that I have recently returned and bought two more for my spare rooms. I didn’t even consider going to one of the big suppliers, why would I when The Bed House had everything I wanted at a competitive price, with a personal, friendly approach, great knowledge and sound advice! And it’s great to know I’ve supported a local business. I wouldn’t hesitate to make a bee line for them in the future. Thanks everyone 🙂

Lady in shop was great both times we visited. Delivery men were great. Only took 2 weeks to come and very pleased with the mattress- no longer have a bad back every night! Thank you.

Great service, stored the bed until we needed it and delivered on the day of the move. Also put the bed together for mum and dad which helped so much.

What a fab company to purchase from. Literally from the moment we stepped foot through the door to the moment our bed was delivered they could not have been more helpful . Absolutely great service and if anyone ever tells us they need a new bed, we know exactly where to send them ! Thank you

Nothing but helpful and friendly service. We had to swap our mattress as the first one we brought from the bed house wasn’t comfortable for me. They made it so easy for us to do this and were really helpful with suggesting other mattresses. Would definitely recommend.

Bought a mattress more than happy

I called the shop the chap I spoke to was so nice and helpful. Delivered the bed and it's sooo comfy

Honestly I could not recommend this place enough. They were so friendly, so helpful and welcoming.

No push for sales, just happy to help and fast with delivery too!

From the moment I walked in and explained my Goldilocks wishes, (it had to be just right) the staff at The Bed House could not have been more helpful.
The bed is here, without the long wait other national bed companies quoted me and I could not be happier.
The personalised service, the quality and the delivery were superb. Thanks Bed House, I will return 😁

Right from when we walked into the bed house up until the bed got delivered we experienced exceptional service! The sales woman was absolutely delightful, very friendly and knowledgeable. She helped us select the perfect bed and mattress (which were on sale, no less!) and organised payment and (free!) delivery super efficiently. The lads who delivered it to us were so lovely! They arrived promptly when expected and, without fuss, carried the bed to where I wanted it.
I'm so impressed with this company and it's staff, I will be reccomending to everyone I know!
Thank you bed house!

Great friendly family run business, offering fantastic choices and great prices. Super helpful too. Plus stored the beds until we were ready to receive can’t recommend highly enough. Thanks
