Ordered back in May it’s now almost August and still haven’t received any new updates on shipping. I’ve reached out multiple times and they’ve responded with vague reasons on them being “backed up”

Ordered my graffiti book on may 15th— still no tracking updates or any communication relating to delivery. I have emailed their customer service multiple times, only receiving copy and pasted replies regarding their shipping issues & issues with their manufacturer. When directly asking for a refund their response was that a refund was not possible. how on earth is a refund impossible? I would never recommend this company to anyone. I hope to have this issue resolved but I unlikely will, I’ve had to raise a dispute with my bank.

It’s been 2 months and I’m still waiting on my order 😭 all I’ve been told after 12 emails is it’s moving forward and when I asked about a refund they said it would take longer and to just wait. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone ever

Scam! They will take your money but you will not receive products! Don’t order from them!

Scam website. No shipping information for a month, when you contact them they just give copy paste replies that they give to everyone else, blaming delays with the shipping and handling. Do not buy.

They are real I got my books I think they have delayed shipping for others bc I got mine I have the London one the nyc one the Berlin one and the la one as well as the classic one I thought it was a scam but no it just showed up this morning thanks barebook!

Can confirm, this is a scam website. Ordered book over 2 months ago. First email I got from them was to say their machine was broken and to apologise for the delay. Second email advised the order was returned as they require a mobile number. I have asked for a refund but highly doubt I’ll ever see my money again or the book.
Do not order from these scammers.

I placed an order on 12/8/25 for a
Bare 2.0 Graffiti Book with express shipping for my son for Xmas. I waited 8 days and On 12/16 I contacted them asking for status of my order and tracking info. Never received a response. I waited another 4 days and reached out again. No response. It’s now 12/22 and still haven’t received my order, or any response or tracking. Then I looked up reviews for the website and learned the most of the reviews say that this is a scam and not to order from them. I have to now dispute the charge with my bank.
I hope this website gets taken down so others don’t get scammed!

Scam. The contact email is not legit. Took my money and did not follow up with shipping order. They drop ship from temu and charge you $$$$ for their crap. Already filed a claim against them for fraud. I should have done more research before purchasing.

Habe am 7.12.2025 zwei Barebooks bestellt. Keine Info zu Bestelleingang oder Lieferung. Auch nicht nach direkter e-Mail. Im Impressum steht ein Ansprechpartner, der nur eine googlemail-Adresse angegeben hat.

Ordered 2 books and never recieved anything. Wrote them 3 emails with no response. THIS IS A SCAM!!!

Scam. Tried ordering a graffiti book for my boyfriend that he really wanted, never got it. It’s been two months and I’ve reached out three times. They never responded. Such a waste of time and money I’ll never get back.

DO NOT order with them. Ordered a sweatshirt on 12/2/24. It is now June and I never got the product. Despite emails asking for tracking information or a refund, all I ever got back was the following:

SCAM!!!!!!

Ordered 2 books on December 2, 2024 for my 2 boys. Have received nothing and it is February 7. Tracking the package on 17Track tells me the package has been in transit from Montreal for a few days now. I live in the Eastern Townships. Ain't got much hope. Very disappointed. I have written to the company twice and got no reply since december. [...] Got the 2 books a few days ago, finally. The kids loved them, the quality is good, but the wait was so long and the customer service so laim in never replying I will not be buying from them again. It's a shame because my boys are fans.

This is the biggest scam!!!! Do not purchase. I bought a bag back in December and have tried to contact them. Never heard a word.

I haven't received my order yet or any communication or tracking number.

I ordered on the 20th of Feb 2025, it's now the 2nd of March 2025, no tracking number yet. Still hasn't been sent.

Placed order on November 24, 2024 and have never received my order. This is a scam company. Emailed several times and kept getting the same response of "we are having logistic issues". It's now the end of Feb 2025 and I still have not received my order. Stay away from this BS company.
