The Bandsaw Shop Omdömen

I believe the website might be fraudulent. I ordered three band saws, and they claimed to ship them via Royal Mail. However, even after a week, I haven’t received anything. When I reached out through the only available contact method—email—I received a reply from someone named Tom stating that no tracking number was available.

This is highly unusual, as Royal Mail always provides tracking for parcels. Additionally, the website lacks alternative contact options and a proper complaint logging system. These factors raise serious concerns about the trustworthiness of the website.

Very good service. Great over the phone advice and help in picking the blade I needed. Fast delivery and so far great working blade.

I was recently ripped off by another company selling bandsaw blades more local to me won’t mention any names got the size wrong and the amount of teeth and charged a huge amount of money for two blades gutted. found your website thought the prices were really keen decided to have another go absolutely delighted. Great blades and brilliant service. Thank you so much.

Very prompt service and excellent product, thank you

Delivery and service good. The bandsaw blade transformed a Titan bandsaw machine from Screwfix into a nice useable machine. Just cut a 75cm mitre join in acrylic coated MDF for a kitchen, the cut was spot on straight and 45 degrees along the entire length. Will definitely recommend this company. Will also put on Screwfix site

Delivered on time was kept informed about where the parcel was & what day it would be delivered

As a very amateur DIY (er) I had unfortunately snapped my band saw blade...off I went to replace. I found the bandsaw shop and ordered what I believed to be a "better" blade than mine!
Safe to say a week later I was contacting Tom and asking if I could return and swap for the correct blade as I had got it so very wrong.
Tom was more than helpful and basically said as long as it hadn't been used or tampered with we were good.
Yesterday my new CORRECT blade arrived so I will take the time to get my saw back to working order.
Tom was incredibly helpful, patient and kind, straight forward not to mention helpful.
Will deffo be back to order more kit and would also recommend.
Thank you again Tom.

Excellent blade, good price and fast shipping, thanks

First time customer & very pleased with the service & pricewise value for money would definitely
recommend to others DIYers

Great service and great products. arrived quicker than expected and cuts like a dream!

Quick turnaround and delivery first class service and product

I can't review it as I havent received the blade for the bandsaw yet. I ordered it three weeks ago and it has not arrived.

Good quality blades and great customer service. I will definitely order from this company again. Thank you

The blades a good and sharp. They are also a reasonable price.

Well organised website. Fast delivery. Full follow-up on delivery. Good quality product. What else can anyone need?

Quick delivery

Simple to find blades for my bandsaw model, good price and straightforward delivery.

The ordering experience was absolutely spectacular. I Needed some unwelded blade stock, which is of course not a standard request.

I wrote them an email with a general inquiry and after a few emails back and forth, always within minutes, I had ordered some blade stock at a very agreeable price. I received the order less than 24 hours later. 10/10, would buy again.

Just received a 3TPI blade for resawing and it cuts like a knife through soft butter. Great advice and service. No problems with delivery. Great prices. I will no doubt use this company again.
