The Baklava Box Omdömen

Great seller. Fantastic communication and lovely product which is beautifully packaged. Baklava tasted wonderful and smells so lovely.

Great service and quality. Thank you so much

Ordered 3 times so far and so pleased with the taste, quality and customer service. Delivery is fast and the boxes are properly packaged up. I won't buy it from other shops anymore. They are truly best quality! Yum Yum 😋

The company is so speedy and professional when it comes to customer service. I ordered 2 mixed assorted sweets and one was a gift order and they packaged that really nicely.

As for the taste, they are succulent and sweet! The perfect present and so yummy to nibble on, it's a must-try!

Great communication throughout. Delivered on time. Staff helpful and professional. Box bought as a gift for friends who were delighted with the product. Will deffinitely use again.

I cannot praise the team enough. They went truly above and beyond to support our order. Including upgrading the delivery and the purchase free of charge. Exceptional customer service & product. Thank you so much x

Although Royal Mail had that the parcel had been delivered to neighbours they never received it
As soon as I contacted Baklava Box they sent a replacement
Could not ask for a better service

Fraudsters. They do not so orders after taking payment. Do not buy from them.

excellent baklava, super tasty and melts in your mouth. Literally the best baklava I’ve ever had. A really good variety and excellent customer service too

The baklava and petit fours boxes were a hit as gifts! 🎁🍰 The treats were excellent, and the service, especially in dealing with delivery issues, was exceptional. The team promptly shipped out a replacement box via priority delivery. Great taste, great service!

I have ordered the Baklava 750g for myself and gifts. I like the package and the baklavas are very delicious.

The delivery time is good, five stars for customer services. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent service and super tasty baklava! Really appreciated all the extra help and correspondence to ensure I received my box in time to give as a present for Mother's Day. Thank you very much. Could not recommend higher!

Best Baklava I've ever had and the service is first class.

The baklava and petit fours boxes looked super and the treats were excellent. Made great gifts for friends and colleagues. Bal could not have been more helpful sorting out my order. Highly recommended.

Delicious! Had some issue with Royal Mail losing the delivery but this was dealt with quickly and prompty - an additional box was shipped out on priority delivery. Great taste and presentation. Works well for a gift.

Couldn’t recommend this company enough! I ordered from them via Etsy - the presentation box was beautiful and the baklava was delicious. My order was a gift and my friend was so happy with it! Royal Mail lost the first parcel but the Baklava Box shipped out a replacement next day delivery to make sure it still arrived on time for the bday. 5*s and would definitely order again :) Thank you!
