No glitches or so far I also love the way they charge. No awkward feeling when i use either of them.

While the products I bought from BadPeach were great on their own, the customer service is what stands out as next level. I had a faulty charging cord for one item, which I threw out. When I reached out to the customer service department, asking to order a replacement, they were very helpful and understanding, and even though I could not provide photos or a video of the faulty cord because I’d thrown it out, and they could have easily told me to kick rocks, they graciously accommodated me and sent me a new cord - and absolutely free of charge, I might add! Customer service has gone increasingly downhill with almost all companies over the last ten years, there’s a larger and larger alienation between customers and the company - talking to a real human is almost non existent. BadPeach truly shines here and stands alone. They have definitely made a lifelong customer out of me. THANK YOU!

I will say this has got to be one of the best experiences I have ever had. The customer service is top notch. I give five stars because of the quality of customer service that I received and continue to receive even after the purchase. I will recommend this company to all that I know and people I will meet in the future. Great job thank you from the bottom of my heart. We need more of this phenomenal service in our busy life’s. Great quality toys and nice customer service, would recommend!

Ordered a product literally 3 weeks ago and they haven't even shipped it yet. Emailed them and they just give me the run around. They have now stopped responding to my emails. Terrible customer service! I can't wrap my head around how or why it could possibly take 3 weeks or longer to ship a product out. I'm going to have to ask for a refund and shop elsewhere for something similar, this is absurd. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THESE MUPPETS!

There is no thrusting, rotation, or distinct movement. It’s loud, chaotic, and the only thing that feels “real” is if I imagine the giver is having an epileptic seizure. The suction cup doesn’t stick to anything. The other toy has no suction (certainly not 3 settings of suction), and 9 modes is a joke. Maybe 2. I think reviews on the site must be fake, which I noticed too late when I read them more carefully.

10 days have gone by since the item was ordered. The product hasnt even shipped yet. They won't respond to emails or request for a refund. This place is a scam. Don't waste your money or time. Shit company.

Regarding the delivery time, it was well taking into account that it is international, I arrive in perfect condition. And in the product I loved the probe and wao are incredible

Apart from the initial confirmation email, I didn’t actually receive any other correspondence from The Bad Peach that didn’t require me chasing them for days. No dispatch email (at one point they even told me they sent my dispatch email to a completely different customers email address then promptly denied it again after, so who even knows!), no working tracking number for days on end until I asked for either a tracking number or full refund (they also supplied me someone else’s tracking that showed a delivery address for an entirely different country), no updates on delivery, courier or even when to expect it. Every last little thing required chasing and nagging. Then to top it all off the packaging was see through! Not exactly the discreet packaging that is promised!!
Not convinced there is 24/7 support as suggested on the site considering it takes days to get a single short response.
Also ‘American store’ but ships from China..?
