Emma came round and gave me some great advice - unfortunately I am not selling with Emma and am stuck in a contract with my estate agent- but she has told me what to do and say to them to get them working. She certainly knows her stuff and I wish I was selling with The Avenue.

Holly and Jake were both incredible during the entire process and beyond. Both very friendly and welcoming. A credit to the avenue. Date of service is only the start. They provided support all throughout.

She managed everything for me and was in regular contact with myself, my buyers, and our solicitors to ensure the sale proceeded in a timely and problem free fashion. There was no question too small or left unanswered. Anita's work ethic and commitment removed a massive amount of stress and uncertainty that I have felt on previous house sales. The whole experience of house hunting with The Avenue was exceptional from start to finish. My partner and I were moving from manchester to Sutton and didnt know the area. Helen at the Avenue helped us with our search, recommending areas and providing the inside scoop.
We saw many houses and met many estate agents but Helen in an absolute different league, she is extremely professional, supportive and engaged in just the right way. She made the effort to really understand our situation and drivers, incredibly friendly and when we had our viewings really helped us to imagine what the house would be like to live in and really understood the property.
If I was ever selling a property I would want Helen to be the one selling it. Really appreciate the exceptional service.

Buying and selling during a chain property is not an easy process however both of them made it seamlessly smooth and answered our queries immediately (even in the night!). They treated us like family and I recommend them to anyone else as their estate agents!

Right from our very first meeting, we knew that we had made the right choice with Emily. Incredibly professional, and on the ball throughout the process. I had not really thought about the Avenue before and considered them just another estate agents; I was wrong. The dedicated time from Martin was outstanding, he was always there, always supporting and finding out a solution and way forward. He pushed things forward, provided useful local contacts and contacted me even after office hours on updates. Gone are the days of visiting the office or ringing the estate agents only to be told they are out or unavailable. I dealt with one person, who knew what was going on and he always got back to me. Martin is passionate about what he does, is friendly and helpful.

From the start they offer a modern selling experience with in-depth knowledge of pricing current market. the use of video drones and social media really helped to produce a quality video and pictures. as well as honest advice on little things to improve to sell the house. really worked we sold our house after a month having been on the market with previous agent for over 6 months with no viewings . the whole team worked hard and setup WhatsApp chat where we could communicate and get quick responses. would highly recommend them.
