The Around Australia Omdömen 

This company takes your money and sends you a tracking number which doesn’t work. It shows pending and not shipped for weeks.

When I emailed them they did not reply for weeks. Finally replied and said they will ship. Then sent me another bogus tracking number which never worked.

It’s been 6 weeks now since my order and nothing has arrived. They seldom answer my emails.

I am asking my bank to get my money back and to blackmail The AroundAustralia.

Please do not trust this company. Their actions would suggest they may be fraudulent in their dealings.

Very disappointed as I never received what I ordered, got a message the next day saying a refund was going into account in 3 days ( which it did) I didn’t get an explanation as to why.

Fantastic customer service, sent the wrong cable. Really quick to tell me how to return the wrong cable at no cost to me and had already sent the correct cable out. Will be using this company again.

I have order a thermal paste on the 7th of May and still didn’t receive the product until this day. The tracking number on auspost is pending for 3 weeks, no update at all. I have tried to email the company about this and didn’t receive reply from them.

I had tight deadlines and they emailed on a weekend to help sort my order out and express shipped it to me in time for my trip.

The products are awesome!
Do yourself a favor and check them out.

its been two weeks i ddnt received the ITEM i ordered. Im still waiting for it until now.

I ordered a USB stick a week ago and it has t even shipped yet.

Item was lost in the mail I've emailed them asking them to replace it and refund the express shipping I've payed for and I still haven't had a response

I have still not received my order.
Placed my order 2 weeks ago, and still haven't received any shipping or tracking information. Have tried emailing twice and have not received any reply.

I bought a phone case from here a few weeks ago it still has not come. I even payed for express shipping and emailed them and they said it was on its way but nothing since then.

Spent nearly $500 haven’t heard a thing no reply to emails asking if shipping has happened or what’s going on. Not happy..something def wrong in there. I would not order from this site.

Took my money for the products and after waiting week or so with no shipping update I contacted them for them to tell me the products I ordered were out of stock... what a joke. Dont take my money if you don't have the products or at least have the decency to contact me

I ordered a phone cover over two weeks ago and paid extra for express shipping as I needed the cover for a new phone. The item was only handed to AusPost on Friday (nearly 2 weeks after purchase) and only by registered post from what I can see. Took a long time to respond to my first query telling me it was with Auspost over a week ago (a big fib). Has since ignored my email to kindly double check my order status.

Not sure when I'll get it, but wouldn't recommend if you need anything in a hurry even if you're willing to pay for it. Very disappointing experience.

I got a CFast Card from Sandisk and the prices were astonishingly competitive, the delivery was swift and very fast! I will buy here again, definitely!

I really love the case and it fits my s21 really well. The only thing I will have to say is that the postage kinda took forever. I bought a screen protector from Taiwan on the same day and this came like a week and a half after that and this was from Australia. I realise that this isn't so much their fault as a company (other than choosing a different courier, there isn't much you can do). Other than that the product is awesome and I love the colours - exactly what I was hoping for.
