We realised we’d made a mistake in our order and reached out to the company who have responded promptly and compassionately and helped us to correct the error before it was too late. A lot of companies would just say ‘tough’ and insist on us having to start again. Much appreciated! 👍😊

Ordered an item on 25/11/2025, 10 days had received nothing so I chased. Received an email from ‘Katie’ and now keep on getting lots of updates which seems to show the package on numerous flights and arriving at ‘processing hubs’ but it never gives the location. It is now 14/12/2025 and no delivery. Tracking says it is at another ‘processing hub’.Do not waste your money as this is either a scam company or they take far too long to deliver. Giving it another 5 days then going to ask for a refund - given other reviews I think that it unlikely to happen! So many of these companies popping up on Facebook - I now look at reviews on Trust pilot as so many of them are scams.

Placed 2 orders with the Ariadne company recently. Texted them with a problem about an incorrect shipping address I gave them. They got back to me promptly
& were going to solve my problem.
Very good company customer service!
I will definitely use them again.

Ich habe da leider eine Tasche bestellt,die nicht der Abbildung entsprach. Ich wollte Sie zurückgeben. der Verkäufer hat mir folgendes Angebot gemacht: 25% des Kaufpreises zurückgeben und die Tasche durfte ich behalten oder 60% des Preises als Gutschein.
Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt, so was Betrügerisches.

Avoid this company! I have just received my delivery over 3 weeks after placing the order . I had multiple ‘updates’ informing me it was on various flights and then it was with the courier but it still didn’t arrive. I was even told a free gift had been added to the order as an apology for the delay but no sign of that either. I ended up having to buy a replacement bag for my daughter’s birthday as this one didn’t arrive in time.

This site is a scam, I ordered over a month ago gave me false tracking details that never seem to update then don't refund your money. They told me refund will be process then said there was an error. DO NOT buy from here as they do not deliver goods and do not refund you will have to do it through your bank.

No confirmation email. No reply to my email about no confirmation, money has been taken from my account the site it a fraud no chance of getting your money back

I brought something and usually you get a confirmation email straight away. Nothing has came through. No confirmation or reference number NOTHING

As Christmas approaches many gifts will be ordered. Made a purchase from Ariadne which unavoidably incurred a short delay. The support team were exceptional. Included a small gift with the delayed package and offered a discount off my next purchase. Thanks Kate for all of your help . Would definitely order again

Great company, superb service!

Just to clarify, this isnt sponsored or paid review so it’s totally honest based on my personal experience.
I ordered a medium size bag for Ariadne, however I received the large sized bag. For me, it was too big and I couldn’t use.
I contacted customer service and offered to send the bag back to be sent the size I had ordered. I was expecting arguments etc as you normally expect when things go wrong with an order to argue who’s fault it is, how a who will pay for return etc.
The customer service advisor agreed to send me the correct size bag without any quarrel! In my personal experience, I can’t fault this company.

Jewellery is cheap and poor quality, not as described, additionally poor customer service as they would not refund me for the purchase
Would not recommend and advise you purchase elsewhere

All the 4-5 star reviews on here are fake. Do not do not do not order anything from this company or website unless you plan to give your money away. Ordered a month ago, no update and no response. $140 down the drain. Please read this before using their fake site. Complete scammers. STAY AWAY

Got my first order and wasn’t happy with the fit, reached out to the team who sent me a replacement and even let me keep the first one for free. The replacement is amazing and exactly what I needed. Thank you

I have no comments on the actual product but the service. I have purchased a necklace for a friend of mine for her birthday. I have purchased the item on 5th October, but received it on 19th October!!! I have checked the whereabouts of the necklace twice and all I got in both occasions were an email with lots of emojis! I have told them that the item was a birthday gift, and I had to purchase additional gift to be given on time. All they offered me was a 10% discount for my next order, which I refused as I am not going to make another purchase from them. If you insist to shop from this brand, please bear in mind you will end up waiting for a long time.

Terrible! My bag took so long to arrive and when asked for a refund, they keep on sending me updates regarding the order I don’t want anymore. Rubbish! I wasted my money and my patience with them. Avoid it!

This company operates in a highly misleading way. As many other reviewers have noted, they appear to rely on Google ads and what seem to be AI-generated reviews to promote products that, in my experience, were never delivered. Their website gives the impression of being UK-based, but company details suggest they are actually registered in Asia. All communication I received appeared automated, and my order was never dispatched. I was only refunded after a lengthy delay. Always pay by credit card to ensure protection. UK authorities are aware and investigating them.

I ordered a ring from here and it was the first time I'd ever used this company and I didn't know my ring size so I just bought the one I thought 🤦 and of course when it arrived it was a little small, it came in a beautiful packaging and very good material for the ring but I had to asked/emailed how I could get the bigger size and if I'd have to go through a lot of things like getting a refund and then ordering a new one and all that, but they responded very quickly and were very kind and incredibly helpful. A staff member named Kate sorted it out for me very quickly and got it all done for me instead of making me do it or something, they were so helpful thank you so much 🙌 I will definitely be using this company again and will definitely recommend ❤️

I experience really great customer service. It’s great to see companies who value their customers. I would recommend using them when possible.
