It took a while because of my patch…

It took a while because of my patch requirements. They did a very great job. The professionalizem of the customer service from the staff was great! I like the follow up of them seeing how satisfied even after months of completion of my order. My patches had very specific requirements and they did it with ease. They are honest and will get the project done to your specifications. They went up and beyond for me. This review is from ckc embroidery

Just got my latest order in and I am blown away by the quality. If you need custom morale patches, this is the spot.

Not American

Every word that comes out of their mouths is a lie. They are not American. They are all in Pakistan. Patches were not to spec. They said they would remake and send within a week. Call back a week and half later, not even started on making the patches. Adhesive was terrible on the patches, had to purchase and apply my own adhesive to ensure adherence. The patch literally fell off leaving the adhesive on the material. Zero communication on delivery. I had to ask numerous times for tracking numbers. Do not do any exchanges with them. They only use 2 names Robert or Mike. None of them remember each time you call them. Imposters. Do not trust!

We have already replaced your order and kept you informed throughout the process. We operate with production facilities both in the USA and overseas, including our facility in St. George, Utah. At no point was it specified that you required production exclusively in the USA, otherwise we would have ensured that arrangement.

Regarding the delay, we acknowledge that there was a setback and we sincerely apologize for that. However, we did follow through by remaking and reshipping your order.

As for the adhesive concern, we take quality seriously and will review this internally to prevent similar issues in the future.

We always aim to maintain clear communication and resolve concerns promptly, and we regret if this was not reflected in your experience. If there’s anything further we can do to make this right, please feel free to reach out to us directly.
