I have been in touch with Emma Palmer for some time and have found her to be a great and kind person with many humours also.
I am so happy to have been speaking with her for many times and its been really helpful and supportive each time I have been speaking with her and also her team are very kind also but I have been dealing with her about my applications quite a lot so I only truly know her more than any of her colleagues and cannot be more grateful and appreciated than I am already.

I called AIM 17/3/26 & 19/03/26
I called AIM 17/3/26 & 19/03/26 - spoke to Irish Rabot to get help with my enrolment Form and she spoke so gently and ensured me with my questions I had. First the I got the wrong post code and she correct it from her side and ask me to refresh the form. It is my first time enrolling with AIM and she answered what all my question with so much patients.

That's not okay! And has not filled me with confidence.
I have and have had no intention of damaging a genuinely helpful company, but making shore they were legitimate and not damaging innocent people.
As previosly mentioned, my experience was not having my email, or pass word recognised on several attempts when applyingfor my course and having a phone call from a lady in Asia, who managed to get from me my D.O.B as well.
So my concern was that my email, name, phone number, D.O.B and address were given.
Even with her guidance and using a link sent, my email & pass word was not recognised. When attempting to ring back on the phone number I was given, it did not work.
I was hoping for an understanding reply and some compassion (a emotionally intelligent response), or a government affiliation link etc.
Not another condemning response please. I am trying to do the right thing!

Very impressed with the service I received.
I contacted The Aim Group as I had a few questions about a course I was interested in. They were very professional and very informative. I decided to go ahead with the course and had a few problems with the enrolment forms. I contacted Emma on a few occasions and she was so super helpful and helped me resolve the issues. I would highly recommend The Aim Group!

Fantastic Customer Service
Today I had the best customer service I have ever experienced. Lewis replied to my email and resolved my problem all within 3 minutes of me clicking send! They then went above and beyond by keeping me updated with my enrolment process. Couldn't ask for more. 10/10

Really surprised at how quickly I was contacted. I had quite a few questions and Kim was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The amount of free courses is impressive and so far I have found the process of enrollment to be very easy and have felt supported throughout.

Excellent customer service!
I had a slight admin issue and I got in touch and immediately Emma was incredibly helpful. I had my confusion cleared up and she went ahead and got me problem resolved and provided more information and support before I had asked. Very efficient and polite when doing so, I really appreciated the effort that was put into it!
