Great customer service,

Very easy people to speak to. The chap that looked at the damage fully explained what work needed to be done and gave me an estimate about how long it would take. Because of my disability they picked my car up from my home and brought it back at no extra charge. Also it was washed as well on return, looks great. Very happy with the service I recieved.

I am extremely disappointed with the standard of service I received. There appeared to be little or no communication between the office staff and the engineers. Whenever I called to ask when my minibus would be ready, nobody could provide me with a clear or reliable completion date.
This lack of communication and organisation caused significant disruption to my business and resulted in me losing a substantial amount of money from missed bookings. To make matters worse, when the work was eventually completed, the CCTV monitor had been fitted upside down, which demonstrates an unacceptable lack of care and attention to detail.
Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with both the poor communication and the standard of workmanship. I would appreciate a full explanation of what went wrong and details of how you intend to resolve these issues.

Company was very good to deal with from collecting vehicle to returning my repaired vehicle to me.
Mike kept me informed all the time, all staff came in contact with, very friendly.

Excellent communication throughout - especially from Mike, who was extremely courteous and helpful. When they were unable to give us a courtesy car on the day, they immediately arranged a third-party hire car. The repair done to a high standard and in less time than initially estimated.

One thing I didn't like was the driver who brought my car back inspected the courtesy car before he contacted me so I had not seen or signed his report. Otherwise it was very good.
