Competitive pricing and exceptional customer service. Had a slight fault on an Aquascutum parka and after a quick call to Andy at the shop, paid for returning and shipped out the next day a new one

We hired the venue for my daughter’s gender reveal on Saturday 22nd August this gone weekend. They were all great, but I must say Diane who was looking after us was absolutely amazing 🤩 11/10 she went absolutely above and beyond for us, nothing was too much, she knew how busy we was and even down to putting my reg in the machine when she could see I was busy and had forgotten, so I didn’t get a ticket. She jumped right in to help us get more tables for cakes ect, she helped us set out the food, she definitely went out of her way to help us in anyway possible! She made the day run so smoothly! She’s a definite reason why we will book again in the future, for other parties ect! Thank you Diane, and all the staff at 147 we had a fantastic day! Emma & Olivia

Quick delivery of Lois Cord shorts but the sizing is not right. Waist ordered was a 32” for my husband but no way was it 32” far too small compared to all the other shorts I have bought for him in last few weeks. Made contact with the company through online chat to raise issue but nothing heard back!! Not happy about the incorrect sizing that will cost me to send back.

Sent me the wrong trainers but apologized and sent out the correct ones and refunded the cost of postage tbf.

I don't post many reviews about my purchases but just felt the need to give a shout out to 157store for their consistent quality of service, product and price. This will be my 4th or 5th purchase of boots, jeans, t-shirts and shirts and I have been happy every time with the product and how quickly it was delivered. Thanks and well done!

My order came very quickly received it today an I'm over the moon I buy a lot of Sergio clothing and this is brilliant quality and design.

Ordered an ‘England’ Trojan T-shirt on Sunday expecting it to arrive for the Panama game (the following weekend), turned up today (Tuesday) in time for the Ghana game! Sizing on the website is accurate which takes away the risk of ordering online. T-shirt exactly as described, really pleased with my purchase and will definitely buy from here again. Ps love the Facebook videos (that’s what brought me to the website in the first place).

Fantastic experience start to finish easy ordering really quick delivery and great product. First time I have shopped here and wont be the last

2nd time I've ordered, both times the delivery has been quick and correct, great service

I received a phone call personally from the 157 store to let me know the item I ordered wasn't actually there .As disappointed as I was, it was hastily rectified. I was just flabbergasted at how brilliant it was to receive a phone call letting me know. Absolutely unreal customer service for this day and age.
