The processing time is ridiculous
The processing time is ridiculous! I order two different pair at the same day and finally after one month of waiting and wondering if it will still arrived in my front door finally arrived. But only the first pair. And another thing is how long they reply on the inquiries. I bet the other pair will come in after another month

Thankful that I was able to purchase high-quality, genuine sneakers at a low cost. But what truly disappointed me was how long it took them to ship the parcel after I purchased (except the sneakers have different release dates). You received email notification saying they sent the parcel, but none were sent to the post, and you had to message them again for them to drop the parcel to the post after 4 days upon receiving the notification. Bit of a slacker.

My personal experience
Became a member since Feb 2023 so yeah been a member for 1 year and it’s been the best 30$ I’ve ever spent. Bought probably over 70-80 pairs now from TRC instead of paying resell prices for $200-400 more! For sure useful for collectors and anyone wanting to get that one new pair you just couldn’t get your hands on. Had no issues with them and their giveaways are also another incentive with weekly hype / grail pairs being raffled off for free!! Customer support and the team is amazing. Don’t regret that signup one bit.
