The presentation of the website was interesting, made me want to enquire more. The process of creating the portrait was fascinating and the finished product was suprisingly good. I gave it as a gift to my son and he is overjoyed.

My Heart Horse...
The delivery of this amazing Portrait was very prompt. The quality is amazing at a good price. It captured the spirit of my horse Frankie a Mustang that I rescued from a kill pen when he was two years old and unhandled. We both have come a long way together since then..

Stunning Portrait of me with my Spirit Animal, the Bear.
I was pleased that I was able to discover what my Spirit Animal was and delighted with the beautiful Atelier artwork representation of my image along with my Spirit Animal (the Bear). The image picked up answers to specific questions (such as what is your favorite time of day) and incorporated it into the Artwork. Mine was evening, and the final Artwork Portrait was stunning.

Will Knock Your Socks Off!!
The quiz and the entire ordering process was extremely easy and seamless. I enjoyed taking the quiz and discovering my Spirit Animal, the Hawk. I was very impressed with the image I was shown! So much that I ordered a printed copy. The print exceeds all my expectations! The colors are so rich that it truly looks like a painting. I absolutely LOVE it! I'm going to have it matted and framed. Highly recommend!

I thought the product was very nice when received... quickly, I might add! The information included when ordered was really interesting. It was also something they (purposely) left you wanting more of what they advertised. It's definitely a hook but I was able to resist.
Overall, nice product even if it's a little pricey.

Picture arrived, yeah!!
I received my picture, bigger than I thought it would be, but after taking it room to room I found the perfect place to hang it after I get it framed.
It’s stunning!! It makes me feel good inside when I look at it! It’s ME!!
I did verify on Trustpilot before ordering, felt great about purchase, and it arrived earlier then anticipated.
Much Appreciated!!

The print is vibrant and beautiful. I got it as a gift for my husband. I haven’t framed it and given it to him yet. His birthday is in November.
He actually has several stags in his study and my print will fit right in beautifully. I know he will love it. Thank you!

I can’t believe they charged $80 for a digital print. I thought it came in a nice frame or something. It’s very cheap and not worth $80!!!

Hello Sabrina,
We are very surprised to read this and sorry that your experience with The Atelier was negative.
There is no frame included in your package because you selected the 12x16 Poster model.
However, if you encountered an issue with the quality of your poster, which would be unusual, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team to discuss it. We would be happy to help you.
Have a great day,

My spirit Hawk!
When I took the quiz I already knew my spirit animal was a Hawk-but I answered the questions as if I didn’t know and behold when I saw the Hawk show up I knew this was legit. A beautiful red tail hawk-the day my poster arrived I saw a hawk capture its prey earlier in the day! Another sign from my spirit animal telling me my poster was arriving that day. This company is excellent-kept me in the loop from ordering to notifying me when the poster was shipped and when to expect it. Thank you!

I was disappointed at the cost of this SUPPOSED CANVAS it is merely a printed sheet of paper. it is not worth the price you charged. I would be embarrassed to give this as a gift to anyone and would have greats difficulty in finding a frame that would make it look like it was something worth having.

Hello Marlenna,
We are truly sorry to read your review and to hear about the experience you had with The Atelier.
However, I would like to provide a clarification regarding your order — you did not order a canvas, but indeed a poster. As for the price you paid, it includes several items in one order, including digital-only products. Additionally, as an exceptional gesture, you have already received a refund for one of your orders.
We hope that your next experience will be better, and up to the standard of all the positive feedback we receive.
Have a great day,
The Atelier Team
