Love my print
Love my print. It is beautiful and vibrant. The paper is of good stock and the inks are highly pigmented. Love it.

Animal spirit guide art pieces
The art which was generated is beautiful and the write up on my spirit animal based on the questions I answered was very meaningful.
I am having the two prints I bought framed and am very much looking forward to hanging them in my home.

I got shafted
I went through the process to define my Spirit animal just for fun. I declined the full package and then move through a series of offers until I reached one that offered a download of the image for $19. I chose that and refused the full portrait for $89. What happened? I ended up with a charge of $107 dollars and a portrait shipped to me. Very deceptive practice.

Hello Charles,
We are sorry to hear about your poor experience at The Atelier.
We believe there may have been some confusion. Indeed, when you create your portrait and begin the purchase process, you are presented with three pricing options for your portrait. In this case, you selected the $89 option. Various additional offers were then presented to you, and you chose to select a new portrait for $19 (different from the initial portrait).
You received all payment confirmations by email, including the pricing details.
If needed, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team, who will be happy to walk you through the purchase process again.
We're sorry for this experience. We work hard every day to ensure all our customers are satisfied, and that starts with the purchase process, which we strive to make as clear as possible.
Have a great day,
The Atelier team
I love what the company did for me
I love what the company did for me. I have been scammed twice this year and I was hesitant in ordering my spirt painting…. But it turned out great. I would recommend your company to my friends and family. I applied your service and I thank you very much for your kindness and honesty on how you run your company . Thank you again. Barbara Thom.

I am delighted with the results of my print (totem). I was curious but didn't have high expectations when I answered The Atelier's simple questions online. Which elements & colors do I identify with? I uploaded a passport photo which was full-face & the result was a nuanced, semi-profile which could not have pleased me more. The result, provided in SECONDS, was rather astonishing. My personality & features were captured exactly. Who knew technology could "see" me clearly? The print was mailed in a triangular box to protect it & it arrived quickly. Would I do it again? YES
