What wonderful customer experience from Mohammed Faisal in Knowle. He was very warm, caring knowledgeable and approacheable - an outstanding representative of your company. From the start of this journey Mohammed clearly explained the various processes regarding my ear products, always in a friendly and understanding way, nothing ws too much trouble.At a time of concern he was very understanding. It is delightful to find such good customer service still exists. The products are excellent. I would highly recommend Mohammed Faisal and The Hearing care partnership. Thank you

Positive experience

Poor hearing
Matt Baker look after me and my husband greatly and after ear wax removal for us both and my hearing aids have improved my life to a great extent. I would recommend Matt 100%,

Hearing Health Check with Matt Baker
Today I had my very first FREE, private Hearing Health Check at VIP Eye Wear, Tardibigge with Matt Baker from The Hearing Heath Partnership
Matt is as super lovely as only you would expect him to be knowing he is working alongside the fabulous team at VIP
He was welcoming and friendly whilst being very professional
Matt took the time to listen to me, explain what he was going to do, the tests and the results - He even took photographs of the inside of my ears
I must also say for anyone who is worried or a bit nervous about having their ears tested that none of the testing was invasive or uncomfortable
I would highly recommend anyone with any hearing concerns to book a 'Free' Health Hearing Test with Matt. I left feeling confident in the advise and follow up care I was given
