The Hearing Care Partnership - Harrogate Omdömen 19

This was my second hearing assessment with The Hearing Care Partnership and, once more, I was not disappointed.
The audiologist, Qais, was very friendly and interesting. He expertly tailored his explainations of what was going to happen to my curiosity, and willingly answered my questions during consultation. I found the visual support on the mural monitor incredibly helpful.
Thank you for a very pleasant moment where I felt at no time like a rushed number. I certainly will continue using thcp as old age knocks 😉

I have never had a hearing test before or needed any treatment or procedures carried out concerning the ears, so I didn’t know what to expect at my appt with Qais Khaliq.
I was so impressed with his care and attention of me throughout an ear wax extraction and subsequent hearing test.
He explained the smallest details and I was fascinated by the video and photographic explanations of the procedures. It was a very positive experience due to his obvious competence and compassionate demeanor. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I have had an excellent experience with Qais Khaliq who has taken me through my hearing test and having diagnosed I need a hearing aid, we have now embarked upon our journey to maximise the efficiency of my hearing aid. His patience on our fitting the aid was exceptional and I am looking forward to seeing him next week for my review. I cannot praise his thoroughness and customer service highly enough.

Throughout both my consultations Khadija was understanding, reassuring and very professional. She clearly explained, illustrated, and set expectations regarding the wax-related hearing issues I had in both ears and - much to my great relief! - she completely resolved the problem.

Lovely people, effective process, well explained.

The wax in my ears was removed by Khadija without any discomfort whatsoever and who provided an informative explanation as she did this.

Really pleased with my visit to the Hearing Care Clinic in Harrogate. Mohammed was great, extremely professional and caring, would highly recommend!

Disappointed that only one make of hearing aid was offered and even more so that only the most expensive one in that manufacturer's range was demonstrated. The price was far more than the same aids can be obtained elsewhere.

To be honest, the previous review could have been written by me as my experience has been almost exactly the same. My hearing test and fitting were done at Nixons in Harrogate by Iram, who took time to go through everything carefully and thoroughly and explain all the options. As a profession musician (cellist, pianist and choir leader) I decided to go for the upper range Oticon hearing aids as I not only listen to music but have to be able to process the sound that I make in a range of different settings: playing on my own, with a few others or in an orchestra or choir.
The practice is shared at the moment so I met Holly this week for my 2-week review. She was equally helpful and friendly and we went through a list of things that I’d noted. The music programme needed some “tweaks” which Holly adjusted and I can already notice an improvement - although I am playing in a recorder ensemble this evening which should really put them to the test!
I’m impressed by the professionalism and care of both audiologists and feel that I will be supported throughout. I have every confidence that my hearing aids will match my needs - and it’s great being able to stream calls etc.

I met and had my review with Faisal Imran for the first time today. I was immediately put at my ease and I was very taken with his approach to the problems I have. He gave me great confidence that he has a terrific amount of knowledge and he was able to impart that well.
I will be very happy to see him again in two weeks.

This was my first visit for a hearing test . The whole process very very professional and relaxed. After the test my situation was analysed in great detail and my options discussed. All in all a good experience helping me to understand what my hearing loss was and what action I needed to take.

Excellent friendly and professional service by Salma (audiologist), good explanations when asked for with very good follow up and advice when required. (You don't realise how much you can't hear until you can hear again!)

Salma is always very friendly and helpful. I had problems with my in ear hearing aid and Salma had modification done a number of times to try and get it right for me. Finally HCP agreed to swap the hearing aids to the behind the ear type, had them fitted this week and are they are excellent.

I had my check up on Monday 29th March, Salma was very professional. friendly and knowledgeable as ever. she answered my questions thoughly and went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied and happy with my hearing aid. A charming young lady.

All good , my specific problem was a blocked ear which was resolved with no problem at all . The hearing test that followed showed I have moderate hearing loss for high frequencies which means I may not hear female voices ... this is not a problem for me at all !
Seriously , all very professional and efficient from start to finish
