I have been using hearing aids for a few years now. The improvements in communication that I and those who know me have experienced since I have been helped by Aqsa are simply lovely. I can hear bird song, rainfall, cars approaching as I cross the road, ticking clocks...you get the picture. Aqsa is so keen to help and I am much better supported than I have previously experienced. 5 stars rating thoroughly earned.

Aqsa Yousaf has a very friendly personality and is a total professional. She made the appointment a very pleasant experience.

Aqsa was lovely and she explained what was going to happen before she did it so i knew what to expect, the procedure was quick and very effective i can now hear fully again and its great since my ears have been blocked for a while now.

I found that I was put at ease and talked through the process very thoroughly. It was a stress free , informative and helpful consultation, thank you.

I went for a hearing test about 18 months ago, the test was very thorough and informative, and carried out by a guy who was very professional and explained everything that he was doing and what the results of the test meant. After he explained what was best for me.I decided to buy the best aids they had at the time, I took advantage of the zero percent deal. After 18 months the aftercare service has been second to none with 6 months check ups, ever time I've been I have been met with great care and attention, I have no hesitation of recommending the company.

I recently had my hearing tested and a hearing aid fitted here. The service was excellent. Aqsa was thorough and attentive to my concerns. Deciding to have a hearing test was the first big decision, probably coloured by the negative experience of my parents and grand parents. However, now recognising the level of my loss and trialing a hearing aid, the results have changed significant areas of my life. I no longer feel left out of conversations...I'm no longer guessing.

I can hear again and probably better and in more detail than for some time thanks to the treatment to remove stubborn wax build up blocking both ears. Lovely staff and good advice and treatment. Also reassuring hearing test and profile to provide a benchmark for future heating checks.

The Dronfield clinic was easy to find. With parking available opposite….. which would have been useful to know in the appointment email.
Asqa, the audiologist was very welcoming and soon put me at ease. She was very informative, explaining each test and the results. I would definitely recommend the service.
