Fantastic service and even better results
I was recently tested at Donovan Smith Opticians in Brighouse by Samantha Jones of THCP. She was extremely thorough and professional, giving me immense confidence in her and the help she could give me. She was kind, good humoured and very patient with me, when asked detailed questions by this Hi-Fi buff and self confessed Science nerd. I was later fitted with hearing aids which have a special "Music" programme. Upon listening to music, I could have wept with joy. Thank you Sam.

Excellent service
I was so glad that I booked this appointment after having ear problems. Faisal was so professional, explaining what was happening at every stage. I had not expected that he would be able to request an ENT appt through my doctor. Would not hesitate to recommend & return. Excellent service

Don't give up on your hearing.
Comprehensive assessment, straightforward polite advice and excellent aids supplied. I had given up after trying NHS aids and hadn't realised what I was missing. I don't even realise I am wearing them now.

Quality service
I visited the Brighouse branch for a hearing test. The staff were very friendly and I was promptly lead to the audiology area, the audiologist, Faisal, was very polite and courteous, he explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it, he firstly checked both ears, showed me the results on a screen, then suction cleaned both ears and again, showed me the results on screen, unbelievably clean. I then had a sound test, again, everything was explained before and then after the test, the details on the graph were daunting, but once Faisal had explained things, it all became a lot clearer.
I would certainly recommend service and I will definitely be going back if the needs arise in future. Family and friends have been made aware too.
