We hired The Magician Guy for some of the London Connector® events and we are extremely pleased with the overall experience. Pre-event, the communication with him is very easy, and during the events he produced a variety of tricks which immediately captured the attention of our guests and at the same time, created a relaxed and connected vibe for all of us. I also found that for this type of business networking events, this experience offers many natural ice breakers for conversations amongst guest. We plan to hire The Magician Guy again and we recommend him to those who offer similar type of services like ours. Last but not the least, we also found him to offer very good value for money.

Chris was superb. A fun and a very safe pair of hands for the evening. He was particularly deft at handling - dare I say - someone who did not appreciate magic in the slightest (a "heckler", so to speak). Nothing could have ruined Chris's focus and professionalism and sense of fun. I hope to have the pleasure again!

Jaw dropping brilliance!!
Chris, aka That Magician Guy, entertained our family and friends at my daughter’s wedding on Saturday with his close-up complex card tricks. He is incredible at what he does! Every card trick mesmerised and gripped our guests , leaving them more amazed with each trick he performed. He circulated around the venue after the ceremony, providing the perfect icebreaker. He drew “gasps” of disbelief and “wows” of astonishment! They were all still chatting about him at breakfast the next morning and will be talked about in our wedding memories for years to come, I’m sure.
Chris is professional, engaging and was a pleasure to meet. He pitches his act perfectly , effortlessly chatting with everyone. Travelling from Warwickshire to Monmouth was no issue for him.

Chris performed close-up card magic at our corporate networking drinks reception at The Shard in London in May 2026, for around 60 international attendees.

He was absolutely fantastic and added something really special to the evening. Networking events can sometimes feel quite formal, but Chris brought a brilliant sense of fun, energy and surprise to the room. His card magic helped create a much more relaxed and memorable atmosphere, and gave guests something genuinely entertaining to enjoy between conversations.

We had excellent feedback from attendees, many of whom were amazed by his tricks and really enjoyed the way he moved around the room engaging different groups. It worked especially well for an international audience, as the magic was visual, interactive and instantly engaging.

Chris was professional, personable and a pleasure to have at the event. He added a great extra dimension to the drinks reception, and we would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to add something memorable, entertaining and a little bit different to their event. Wow...how the heck...what just happened? that was my reaction after Chris got his cards out and stunned us with his performance. And it is more than just doing some magic, Chris is great at story telling and drawing you in to the experience. So much more I could say, but wouldn't want to spoil it for others. Amazing performance by Chris! We had him for our company anniversary dinner and he made the evening special. Not only was it so easy and pleasant to work with him, but he made the evening special. It was the best ice-breaker and everyone loved him!

Absolutely unbelievable, seen Chris showcase his skills in the middle of a crowded Temple Bar in Dublin and even the dogs didn't know where to look. Absolutely no where to hide and nothing short of magical.
